2nd Mission

[tempus_scorpius]

Characters: Rolo Lamperouge and YOU
Setting: 7th floor (Swimming pool),14th Floor (Media/game room), 28th Floor (Music room),
Format: Both are fine. I'll follow.
Summary: Rolo's just wandering around the tower, feeling rather bored.
Warnings: He won't bite unless provoked.

[7th Floor (Swimming pool)]
It was a spur of the moment thing really. Killing monsters gets rather boring after a while and Lelouch hasn't given him anything specific to do, so here Rolo is at the swimming pool. He examines it for a bit then decides to go for a swim after finding suitable swimwear in the lockers. Anyway, he had to keep himself in top condition for whatever might happen next. He's now quietly doing laps round the pool, concentrating on nothing but his own movements.

[14th Floor (Media/Game room)]
After his swim, Rolo ends up in media/game room. Once again, he examines everything in the room carefully. It's a force of habit from all his training. He just won't take unnecessary risks. Then he settles on a shooting game which he goes through rather mechanically with his perfect aim. He doesn't understand how this is fun. However, it feels somehow reassuring to be given an objective and a mission so he continues 'playing'.

[28th Floor (Music room)]
Finally, Rolo make his way to the music room. He is somehow drawn to one of the pianos and runs his fingers over the keys. During that year of fake memories, his older brother had taught him how to play a bit. He wonders if Lelouch would continue teaching him if he asked. Should he ask?

After a long pause, he sits down and starts playing some very simple tunes rather hesitantly. Somehow he feels a little happy.

After a splash, she rose her head out of the water. She looked towards Rolo's direction and spotted him with a silent stare.

[tempus_scorpius]

Oh, it's you. He raises a hand awkwardly in greeting.

[carrythesin]

She nods responding to his greeting. "What are you up to?" She asks curiously.

[tempus_scorpius]

"Swimming." Isn't that obvious though? How do people do small talk again? "You?"

[carrythesin]

It is, but that's how small talk starts, right? "Diving," she simply responds. Her first time ever and it looks like she's enjoying it.

[tempus_scorpius]

Small talk, he can do this. He's watched Lelouch do this countless times. "You like diving?"

[carrythesin]

To be honest, it's her first time trying. So she nods, she did like it. "Want to try?"

[tempus_scorpius]

He looks up at the diving board then back at her, then he nods.

[carrythesin]

Okay then, she'll start swimming back to the edge of the pool and lift herself out of it.

[tempus_scorpius]

He follows, gets out and suddenly feels a little self-conscious in his swimming trunks.

[carrythesin]

But those are some nice trunks. As for her, she doesn't seem different. It's a full body suit. She waits by the diving board before climbing up on it. Then she'll walk down to the end of the board.

[tempus_scorpius]

Don't look! Though he is quite muscular for his lean build. He waits beside the diving board and watches.

[carrythesin]

But it looks nice, not in a sexual way. She's ready to jump at the end of the board. As she jumps, one of her feet slips that hits her head on the edge of the board before hitting the water. There's probably some blood on the board too. And it doesn't look like she's coming up anytime soon.

[tempus_scorpius]

Rolo just stands there staring in shock for a long moment before he dives straight into the water to retrieve her.

He manages to bring her back to the surface and rather carefully lifts her up onto the side of the pool. Then he heaves himself up and pats her face a bit. "Hey! Hey, can you hear me?"

[carrythesin]

Her finger flexes with a cough following. She slowly opens her eyes then quickly shuts because of her temporary blur vision. She begins trying to fight her way on lifting herself up despite the blood on the side of her head. Sorry Rolo, she isn't used to asking for help.

[tempus_scorpius]

He frowns at that and holds her down firmly but gently. "Stay down. You've hurt your head. How do you feel? Can you see properly?"

so very late it hurts

After Rolo has set her back down, she looked up with dazed eyes. She leaned her head back ignoring the throb. "A little..." Great, now she was about to be a pain to him.

[tempus_scorpius]

He studies her reactions. "Stay here and don't move. I'll take you to the infirmary but I need to put on some clothes first."

[carrythesin]

She nodded before he would leave.

[tempus_scorpius]

Rolo dressed and returned quickly with a towel for her. He wrapped the towel around her. "I'm going to lift you up now." He hoped he was strong enough to.

[carrythesin]

She's pretty light so lifting is no problem. Wrapping a towel around her? Usually she's used to walking with someone next to her, not being picked up. "I can walk..."

[tempus_scorpius]

He frowned. "You have a concussion. Walking might make it worse."

[carrythesin]

Kirika frowned as well then nodded. Oh well, time to be picked up.

[tempus_scorpius]

Rolo started scooping her up into his arms and stood up slowly. "Put your arms round my neck."

[carrythesin]

And she does so, slowly. She's not used to this okay?
