Summary: Dark Pit wakes up and goes exploring this strange new place. It's probably Pandora's fault.

Dorm Hallways

[There's a new person around, moving with quick steps down the hall. He can't find anyone - not that he relies on them or anything - and it's just weird to be in a place like this. He moves pretty quickly, so it might be easy to dismiss him… except for the fact that he's got a cannon strapped over his arm.]



Floor 14

[Ugh. He needs to calm down. He's not anything like his original, but he can recognize the value of blowing off steam on a video game. The 'fallen' angel sits in front of one of the TVs, playing a fighting game. It may look familiar…]



Floor 13

[It's frustrating. He doesn't want the help of either goddess, but he'd like at least a sign that they're not dead. That letter couldn't have been telling the truth. Not when they spent all that time and energy on making sure the world didn't get screwed up by Hades.]

[The black-winged angel hunches his shoulders a bit as he stands in front of the altar and flaps his wings, though it doesn't seem to do anything, especially not lift him off the ground at all. Frustrated, he turns, storming towards the back of the cathedral.]

[She thought back to the cannon that had been attached to Piers' ship, then looked at the cannon on his arm again. Thought about it, looked back to it.]

...it's... a rather small cannon, isn't it?

Well duh. How else are you going to strap it to your arm?

No. Not unless you mess it up, which you'd have to be an idiot to do.

[She opened her mouth to say something else, then thought better of it. She was silent for a few moments before she finally spoke up again.]

Is that something you brought from home, or did you find it here in the Tower?

Yeah, it's from back home. It's not my only weapon either.

[seekinganswers]

You got more than one weapon?

[Lucky. Sheba would kill for a mace right about now. It'd be better to bludgeon monsters with than her staff, and there did seem to be a fair number of monsters that could keep her from using Psynergy just by getting too close.]

Are they all things you put on your arm like that?

[alae]

Nah. I've got a bow, a staff, and a palm.

A ... palm?

[That made her look a little puzzled. Staffs and bows were common enough to find at weapons shops back home, but...]

It's a rune that you put on your hand. It lets you shoot energy out of your palm - that's where it gets the name.

Oh! That's interesting... I didn't know things like that were possible.

There's a lot of stuff humans don't think is possible. Probably. I don't really talk to them.

It's true. Humans sometimes have a hard time believing in things they don't understand.

... I've been busy helping Pitsta - Pit... kick Hades' sorry butt. So usually him, Palutena, and Viridi.

[He never really thought of it. He didn't have much time to think about it.]
