1st Call
Characters: Lucifel & Open for all
Setting: Room 01-12, then changing locations
Format: Action for now, otherwise I can adapt to prose as well
Summary: Lucifel's first day in the tower, he awakens to find out that there is something not quite right with him...
Warnings: None at the moment.
[Sleeping was something Lucifel has never done before in his life since he was created by God. So it's a great surprise for him to find himself lying in a bed and especially being somewhere that is neither Heaven nor Earth. Well, as surprised as he could be.
When he was finally able to move he feels the collar around his neck, trying with all his strength to get it off but fails. Not even a second later his eyes are staring at himself. Heaven, whoever made him wear this suit has not even the slightest sense for fashion... where are his clothes anyways? His cellphone seems to be gone as well.
The archangel then notices two letters, both were directed at him. The one that said that his home world got destroyed just got a look of disbelief from him. Sure, whatever makes the one who sent this happy. The other he found just as hard to believe. Then again, who would make such a joke?
At least one thing was true. The trunk had all of his belongings inside, his clothes, which he quickly changed back into, and even his cellphone. Said phone is shut off for a reason unknown to him and he couldn't make it work either. He would figure something out later and slides his phone into the right back-pocket of his jeans.
Lucifel lifts his left hand, he wouldn't stay here longer than necessary, then flicks his fingers to get himself home.
Nothing happens.]
You must be kidding me...
[He gives it one, two, three more tries and he is still here. Alright. Looks like he is forced to take a look around.
Honestly, he is not amused.]

Why wouldn't we be friends? We've traveled together for three hundred years. You've been there for me when I needed you and, should the situation arise, I would do the same.
no subject
You have a point.

Enoch leads him inside and hits the button for the first floor - it'll be a somewhat long ride considering they're going from the top to the bottom, and he smiles back at him.*
It will be all right. Even if it's new for you, it isn't so bad.
no subject
Long ride or not, it won't help to change his mood.]
It's not?

[In all honesty, he is far from being thrilled over having to eat at all.]

This oatmeal adjusts your stomach so you can eat the other things here. Otherwise, everything else will make you ill...and I don't believe you want to experience that. It is bland, but it's filling, and it's the only bowl you'll need to eat.
no subject
[Lucifel watches the drone for a moment, then stares at the bowl.]
I am supposed to eat... that? But just once?

*Looking hurt, Enoch takes his hand away. It was automatic, nothing more than a gesture of comfort. And Lucifel did hit close to home too. He'd wanted Lucifel to be tangible at least once on their journey, wanted Lucifel to be able to do what only mortal, transient, inevitably painful friends and lovers and family could do for him - a hand on the shoulder, or even a hug. A pat on the back, a steadying touch when everything seemed lost. And now here they were, and Enoch could show him how powerful it could be, how helpful, could thank him through more than words, could help him through more than words...
At Lucifel asking for clarification he makes a small affirmative noise.*
...Yes. Only once...
no subject
[Had he just not looked at Enoch at this very moment. Okay, why is the other looking like a kicked puppy and why does he have the feeling that he has to explain himself to him?]
Enoch.
no subject
*He finally finishes that sentence and sits down beside him. He knows Lucifel simply doesn't understand some things. He knows that any pain or frustration will be ill-placed. But it doesn't stop that pain from happening.*
no subject
[He would need a lot of time to (ever) get used to being tangible and being able to be touched by others.]
no subject
Sorry, I... *A pause. He isn't sure how to explain himself.* I'm sorry.
no subject
[But it's just human. Lucifel stares at the hand on his shoulder for a moment. He should just... okay, it was hard to ignore. Very hard to ignore. It would take a long time until he would be used to it...
Staring at the food might help, he should focus on something different than the hand on his shoulder.]
no subject
...You should eat it while it's still warm.
no subject
All of it?
no subject
...You won't be able to eat anything else otherwise.
no subject
I don't really want to eat this.
[Or to eat anything at all.]
no subject
*And for someone who isn't spoiled on eating food all his life, that's worth something, right?*
...It will be all right, Lucifel. I'll keep some of my meal to share with you when you're finished.
no subject
There is no way out, huh?
[Very well... better to just get over this. So the archangel begins to eat. And he doesn't look very happy.]

Here you are. These have much more flavor.
no subject
Flavor you say?
[Well, it can't be much worse, can it?]
