Summary: Kazumi is running around trying to cook things for all the newcomers so they don't have to just eat what's on the menu! Also, stocking up the other kitchen

[Cafeteria]

[A young girl with short hair is hurrying in and out of the kitchen, greeting various people and coming back out with various dishes. Anyone who isn't seated and eating yet, she'll approach, or if she knows you, she'll approach anyway! Newcomer or Tower Resident, she wants to make sure everyone can have what they want - the menu's not that bad this month, but everyone always has different preferences, right? Though, all the guests have to make sure they have their oatmeal first!]

Hi! Are you hungry? What can I get for you?

[Cafeteria Kitchen]

[There's about eight different things cooking in here at any one time as Kazumi runs in and out and cooks various things while working around the staff. She's doing surprisingly well considering how much is going on! But she looks like she's about to run herself ragged...]

[Floor 60 - Deluxe Kitchen]

[Later in the day, one might find Kazumi here... there's an enormous pile of foods here, mostly things like sacks of flour and sugar and so on, but also vegetables and fruits and meat. It looks like she basically stole everything out of the cafeteria...]

Ummm, now how to organize this...?

Yeah, I mean... considering how this place is, you'd have to have pretty terrible circumstances back home to want to stay.

What if you're just dead back home? Or does that count as a terrible circumstance?

Yeah, that would be pretty terrible. Though sometimes this place can be pretty bad, you'd almost wish...

If they can bring someone like that here alive though, there has to be a way to return them alive too!

Mm, that's good. I don't think I'd like to go home as a dead body or something.

[Come to think of it, did she still have a body after synching to such a great degree with Go-kun?]

That would be really bad if that happened...

[She shrugs.]

I guess I'll just enjoy myself as much as I can as long as I'm here!

[Rei looks down at the soup and stirs it a couple of times.]

Are you gonna enjoy yourself too?

Mm, yeah, a bit. I want to help people out here as much as I can! That's what makes me happy.

I wanna help people too, but I'm not as good at cooking as you are. And I'm not really a healer either. So I'm just gonna protect them from all the monsters.

Are you good at fighting then?

Yep! Very good!

Oh, that's good! Eheh, I wouldn't have guessed just from how you look, but I guess there's a lot of people like that here.

You'd be a little surprised by what I can do.

[And what she can eat, for that matter.]

And yeah, I've met lots of people like that here.

Heheh, what else can you do that's surprising?

I can jump really, really high. And ride bears. Um...I pilot a giant robot too but Go-kun isn't here.

R, ride bears? Is that sort of thing common where you come from?

Nope. I just decided to borrow a bear from a zoo.

You shouldn't do things like that!

But it's fun!

But it causes trouble for the zoo, and for other people! Plus you could get hurt!

Don't worry. It takes more than that to hurt me. And the key in borrowing something is you return it, so I returned the bear. Nobody was hurt.

[Except maybe for Kaworu.]

Did you at least get permission from the zoo? That's part of borrowing too.
