I'd live and I'd die for you/I'd steal the sun from the sky for you
Characters: Allen Ridgeley and OPEN for the first prompt, close to Shion Uzuki (
uzuki) for the second.
Setting: The meadow floor and then Shion's room.
Format: I'm tired and lazy, so I'll be starting with action.
Summary: It's Valentine's day and Allen is determined to do something nice for his girlfriend.
Warnings: Ummm...tooth rotting sap, the dorkiest attempts at flirting ever and horrible fashion choices?
[Meadow floor]
*Early in the morning, Allen can be caught wandering around the meadow floor in his Vector uniform, collecting flowers. He'll occasionally stop and glance back toward the staircase, as if there's someone he doesn't want to catch him, but he otherwise seems to be in a good mood.
[Shion's room]
*By the time he shows up at Shion's door, Allen has changed into a different outfit. His hands seem to be empty, but he knocks on the door, a little tentatively, anyway.*

You lost track of the date, didn't you?
no subject
[That would be a yes.]
no subject
It's Valentine's day.
no subject
[Out of habit, she looked down at her console, then realized that it no longer read the date thanks to the lack of UMN.]
I'm sorry Allen, I got so busy I didn't realize. And I guess it's been a while since I had a reason to remember it.
no subject
*Shaking his head.*
And Albedo thinks I'm a workaholic. You're not too busy to take a break, are you?
no subject
[BUT ever since she had last spoken to Axel, it was pretty much all she had done.]
But, I can take a break.

*And suddenly he's holding a bundle of flowers of assorted types, though most prominent are some purple daisies.*

[She stared at them for a moment, then smiled up at him. But the smile slowly degenerated into tears. And instead of taking the flowers, or doing anything else, she quickly moved forward and hugged onto him tightly. She buried her face in his
unfashionableshirt, so her voice was a little muffled.]Thank you, Allen.
no subject
*Well, that wasn't the reaction he was expecting. But he puts his arms around her anyway and returns the hug just as tightly.*
They're just flowers...
no subject
[She pulled back after a moment, rubbing her eyes.]
It's just that it's really sweet, and you thought to get those flowers...
["And I don't deserve it." No, she wouldn't say that. No matter how true she felt it was. It really was a wonderful gesture, and she wasn't going to ruin it.]
no subject
Honestly, I wish I could do more, but the kitchen didn't have any chocolate.
no subject
[Because standing half in the hall wasn't all that romantic. And if he did want to come in, she needed to go shove a bunch of books into her trunk.]
no subject
And don't worry about the flowers, really. They're nowhere near as beautiful as you are, anyway.
no subject
[She shook her head, but she smiled even more at that. She finally took the flowers, and turned to go inside.]
Did you have somewhere in mind?
[She left the door open for him, and moved to her bed. She picked up the few books scattered there, leaving the strange doll that was propped up on her pillows, then dropped all the clutter in her trunk.
She then began looking though some of the stuff she had originally gathered for KOS-MOS's maintenance. She knew there was something she could put the flowers in somewhere.]
no subject
Not really. There aren't exactly a lot of honestly pleasant places here.
no subject
Actually, I did find a nice floor a few days ago.

Well, I wasn't planning on getting in the water.
[Obviously, they're going for that romantic beach atmosphere!]
