►►► VARIOUS;
[ When Rin wakes up the morning of the first, she's left a gift as per her request. Surprised as she is to see it, she wastes no time in getting the film inside of the camera and visiting various floors. Rin starts at the top of the tower in her search to take pictures for her uncle, taking caution to travel to floors that he might not be able to due to his condition. The more dangerous the floor? The more likely one is to find Rin there. She shows no fear as she moves through with relative ease and should she happen upon a monster? Well, it's rare these days that a monster can stand up to her and should she meet her match, it takes seconds for her to be free of the danger due to the silent guardian that can be called to her side near instantaneously. Not that she's going to bother him when she's having such a great day admittedly. ]

►►► DORMITORIES;
[ Sometime in the evening, after she's spoken with Saber to find out what this place truly is and what she is herself, Rin can be found lurking in the hallway as though she's waiting for monsters to come for her. Not that they crawled among the dormitory corridors often, but if they were to come looking for her... well, she might greet them happily. ]

If it isn't mine, then why did they stay within me? [ She mutters out loud to herself bitterly. ] Why is it still there too?

[ Dangerous move when she's already on edge. She flinches, having been caught by surprise, and that only serves to further irritate her. ]

If you want to taste my blood, you'll have to work for it. [ Instead of being hostile, she practically invites him to give it an attempt. ]

[ She's not pushing him away? She flinched, but... ahh, oh well. He spins away, giggling, before leaning against the railing of the stairs. ]

Well, that depends if it's worth the effort. ✩ Are you a Deadman? [ Not even magical or undead blood is doing it for him. ] Wretched Egg gave me some of her blood for Valentine's Day.

[ Yeah, if it wasn't for that music making him feel weird as well, he wouldn't have believed it was genuine either. ] I can't get my fix from anywhere else.

Then why not get it from her?

[ Clucking her tongue. ] Although I suppose if you could find a god or some other powerful being here, you can draw their blood and get addicted to a new source.

As for my blood... well, it's muddy. You really don't want it.

You wanna make Wretched Egg bleed, be my guest. ✩ [ Because it's not pretty. Even less so here than in their own world. ] A god, huh... well, I haven't found many that caught my interest. And honestly, Branches of Sin taste the best.

[ He frowns. Muddy... that described the zombie blood he tasted out of curiosity. It wasn't good. At all. ]

I guess I can take you at your word, for now! ✩ Just don't let me find out if you're a Deadman or not.

Well, I hate to inform you of this since you seem really hung up on finding them, but I'm very much alive and these--[ Pointing to her chest lazily. ]--indicate that I'm the opposite of a man.

Bummer, huh? Sure hope you're not terribly disappointed.

[ He shamelessly follows her finger. Those were fairly decent, but that's not the point. And then, he laughs. ] I said Deadman, not a dead man. As, in someone who can...

[ He twists his neck a bit, splitting the stitches near his neck. Blood traveled up the side of his face, mixing into his hair, forming a single Whip Wing that shot upwards, wrapped around the railing of the spiral staircase above them, and then, acting as a grappling hook, pulled him upwards. He then leaned over the edge, the blood retreating back into his body, grinning at her. ]

That's a Deadman. ✩

If you're hoping I would be impressed, you're wrong.

[ Nothing really strikes Rin as unusual. What really interests her is using blood in that manner. Her own is laced with magical energy that she often tried to place within the confines of a gem. To use it in that manner was interesting, but only to shove in the back of her mind. ]

Many people here have different powers here that work in ways you might think unconventional. You claim only these Deadman can use their blood in that way?

Well, unless the Administrators start making Forgeries, yes! ✩ [ Honestly, that would be hilarious. Especially since it would piss Wretched Egg off. She hated Forgeries on principle, not that she really need an excuse to hate anything. ]

But if there are others who can... I'd like to meet them. [ And then lick their blood. ]

You'd be surprised. So many people here have strange powers bestowed upon them that you might think only the strongest in your world has.

[ Tilting her head lazily to the side like his own. ] Abilities with blood is interesting enough, don't you know?

Well, I've yet to see another Wretched Egg. [ Or even another Deadman in general besides her and himself. Which is weird... it means that even without the Mother Goose System here, she's been inexplicably behaving herself, when before she'd kill ten, twenty people at a time just because she could. Honestly, Red Shirts in Star Trek probably have better survival rates than a prison guard at Deadman Wonderland. ]

Oh, of course. After all, they came from the Wretched Egg. ✩

Doubtful. I've never heard of this Wretched Egg before in my entire life and my abilities are, well, I shouldn't really just talk about them so boldly.

[ What a tease. He seems like the sort of person she must be cautious around, but nope. ]

She has been strangely quiet lately. [ Which is almost unheard of for her. Every chance she had, she'd come out and kill as many people as she could before the Mother Goose System kicked in and suppressed her personality again. But then again, there was nothing there that even came close to being a threat to her, except arguably for Mockingbird, but... well, not anymore. Here, there were a few people that came to mind that rivaled her level of power, and she clearly knew it. It just seemed odd that she'd show restraint, let alone caution, after how well he's gotten to know her. ]

Awww. Come on, don't tease me. ✩

A lady that spoils her secrets to a stranger she's just met is hardly a lady at all.

[ Wretched Egg. Something she'll keep in mind to ask about later. For now, she'll shrug dismissively. ]

It involves blood. Isn't that all you need to know?

It's blood... but it's not a Branch of Sin.

[ Now he's starting to think she's lying. Of course, he's yet to encounter Blood Magic or anything similar, but he'd sure like to. ]

What do I get out of showing you? Nothing, right?

[ It isn't even fun to boast about her skills to a complete stranger anymore. What a life she lives. ]

[ It's not quite what it sounds like, Rin. ]

I don't need or want of that sort of thing.

[ The tsun is too strong in this one. ] I prefer money.

This world is full of it. So much so that I think that was the entire idea behind this Tower being built.

[ There were a fair amount of tsuns in Deadman Wonderland. He's used to it. ] After all, it's so quiet here. ✩
