Summary: Ahri's found her way out of soloqueue and into Animus! She's taking it pretty well.

(CAFETERIA)

[Ahri's not exactly what one would call a 'picky eater', so the fact that she's gotta down some bland oatmeal before eating anything else isn't at all a problem for her! In fact, she's almost gotten through all of it by this point and even has a plate of those silly Renekton shaped Chicken Nuggets that look and smell so divine~ She's rather content to watch others from the spot of her rather spacious table while she eats, though her curiously carefree smile (and possibly those ears and tails she neglects to hide) is sure to invite company.]



(FLOOR 25)

[Upon arriving Ahri had wasted no time in filling her belly, meeting a few interesting people and promptly venturing up the tower in search for things to do next, though the peaceful meadow on this particular floor just begged to be slept in. While the bed she woke up in was indeed comfortable, it didn't much suit her tastes, and the sterility of the decor was almost enough to drive her mad with boredom - finding such a peaceful place indoors was a bit of a surprise and definitely a treat, so with the familiar scent of grass filling her nostrils, she curled up amidst a pile of fluffy tails to relax]



(ROOM 1-11)

[Anyone currently milling about in this room would no doubt be surprised to see Ahri rousing from her slumber - not at all there a moment ago, yet now she's stretching luxuriously in bed, tails obscuring her form akin to a blanket as she rolls over in bed. She gives the new, most certainly unwelcome piece of jewelry around her neck a tug]

[Lithe fingers slide over a plate of chicken nuggets for "Benjamin" She's feeling pretty generous today and he's gotten on her good side, so she'll offer him a few.]

[He nods his head, gratefully taking one of the nuggets to munch on. ]

That's right, miss. I got woke up in one of the rooms upstairs yesterday.

It's the same for me, actually. I've only been here a couple of days, but thusfar the experience hasn't been all too drab... Tell me more about yourself - how'd a little guy like you end up in a place such as Animus?

Well, the note I got when I woke up said that the people here saved me. It's kind of confusing though and no one I've talked to has really been able to explain it.

Apparently we're being toyed with.

[She pokes her collar. Darn thing's uncomfortable solely due to its presence. She's a woman, not some mutt, but it's safer (and more fun) to play along for the time being]

I'm not sure if you've noticed just yet, Benjamin, but this is a very, very dangerous place to be trapped in~ If I were you I'd be very careful regarding whom you associated with.. Never know when it may come back to bite you.

[She gleefully snaps the head off of a dinosaur with that ever-present smile still present on her lips]

[Touchy as she is, Ahri ruffles his hair, then takes a nugget to nibble for herself]

Mmm, it's not all bad though - there's plenty around to keep your attention and everyone's so drastically different... There's no other place on any of our planets that could achieve that effect, you know?

That's true. There's a lot of different people here and the floors I've been on have been interesting!

Anything that reminds you of home? I'm rather fond of floor twenty five myself.

[He shakes his head a little.]

I haven't found anything yet, but I do like the libraries! They don't have a lot of the weird gadgety things that a lot of the other floors have.

What's on floor twenty-five, miss?

A meadow, that's all. It's rather peaceful actually, a pleasant get away from the rest of the tower.

[That unfortunate dinosaur, first its head, now its arms. Next she begins working on the legs... You can almost hear the thing crying out in agony. Talk about playing with your food.]

[... Welp. If her goal was to creep him out she has succeeded with flying colors.

What did that nugget ever do to her? Gosh.]

[She licks her thumb, apparently bored with the food by this point]

Do you miss your world?

[oh good he's pretty done watching her utterly destroy those nuggets.

His brow furrows and he looks down at his hands, nodding slowly.]

Very much. I... I was on my way to New York to see my family. Now I'll never be able to.

Ooh, poor thing~

[She's a crafty creature. The tails Ben no doubt lost sight of reappear to wrap loosely about the back of his chair, hugging him close. It's the least she can offer - you know, along with those nuggets he only got because she's tired of them.

That said, the warmth in her voice grows as what appears to be a genuine smile of concern and affection spreads across her lips.]

You know what they say: "Never say never!" I'm certain there's a way out of this place, the others share the same sentiment.

[With a giggle, she gives his nose a poke]

So no sad faces while I'm around, understand? For now, why don't you think of this as an extended detour in your trip?

[To be frank, Czes is pretty damn ok with his world being destroyed. If there is a way out of this tower, that's great, but he sure as hell doesn't want to go back home.

Still, he puts on a big smile, nodding enthusiastically.]

Yes ma'am!

Hehe, good! ♥ You'd better not let me catch you frowning.

[Ahri stands from the table but not before giving Czes Ben another good hairfluffing. Enjoy that you horrible "kid".]

Keep the food for yourself, Benny.

[She steps away from the table, pushing her chair back with aid from her tails]

And if you ever get lonely, I stay in room 1-11. Don't go throwing any wild parties while I'm away, [wink] you look like you'll make for quite the playboy when you grow up.

[He laughs and nods, a light blush on his cheeks.]
