Spring: Dorm Room 3-14
[Thanks to the rains, Luke gets woken up early on the first "spring" day. He sat up, completely and utterly confused... and then he spotted the massive puddle his dorm room became. His first thought, of course, was wondering what the hell happened. His second... was oh dammit his things! Granted, he didn't have much, but he could already see that water was soaking into his chest, and...]

My crane!

[He fumbled over to the trunk, tearing it open to get to his things. The broken sword he didn't care much about, but the paper crane? The one that Yu gave to him? Like hell he was going to let that get ruined!]

G-guys! Does anyone have anything water proof!? QUICK!

Summer: Anywhere in the Tower
Hooooooot...

[Luke is essentially a zombie the higher the temperature gets. Some days, he's even forgoing putting on his beloved jacket; no matter what he does with it, it's just going to make him hot, and going around in just his belly shirt and baggy pants is preferable to more hot.]

[And let's not even talk about what the humidity is doing to his lovely long hair, okay?]

[He wanted a shower... or a bath; a bath surrounded by awesome soaps and perfumes and ugh; he was almost wanted to be back at the manor right now.]

...wonder if I should cut my hair again...

[Amnon isn't looking much better, and the little cheagle is pretty much plastered on Luke's shoulder, whimpering.]

Autumn: Meadow Floor
[Little kids love leaves.]

[Luke is definitely no different; instead of training today, he's rolling around and playing in the leaves. Hey, he's allowed, okay? Don't judge him; leaf angels are fun, okay?!]

[Amnon is there too, rolling around and jumping around, getting himself lost in the leaves more than a few times.]

Winter: Anywhere in the Tower
[Tower of Ass, fuck you and the horse you road in on.]

[No, seriously; Luke is hating this Tower so much right now. It is cold, again. He woke up under a pile of snow. HIS COAT WAS FROZEN FOR LORELEI'S SAKE. Amnon was curled up under his shirt, not that it made much difference.]

D-dammit... n-need to find someone that can make a f-fire...

[The cheagle jumped up on Taro's chest, throwing another leaf at him!]

[He laughed, and suddenly there was another pink Cheagle, diving for Amnon to tackle him and play.]

[Luke let out a surprised noise as... sudden cheagle? What? What just happened?! He is so confused!]

[Amnon, however, is liking the fact that there's another one of him around, and is letting out happy mieu noises as he rolls in the leaves.]

[Taro giggles and mieus in return, bouncing around.]

[Luke leaned in close, eyes wide.]

Whoa... how'd you do that?

Magic!

[Taro jumped into a pile of leaves and emerged as a copy of Luke, down to the clothes.]

That's just what tanuki do!

[He may have also copied your voice too Luke. Whoops.]

[Luke fell back as suddenly another him. Because seriously, how else was he supposed to respond to that?]

That's... really cool!

[Oh damn, the pranks he could pull on Asch...]

Yep! At home I had to be quiet about it, but here there's really no danger in me not being human.

[He'd say he's not worried about vivisection, but. Jason.]

No danger? You sure? I mean... there are some people that'd probably take advantage of that kind of power.

I haven't really met anyone who's done that.. and at home I'd have to worry about something like the government taking me off to Area 51 or whatever to sit next to the aliens and get vivisected...

[Maybe he watches too many movies. Shh.]

Pretty much. Conspiracy theorists say that the government has aliens locked up in there. No one really knows what they have, though.

L-locked up!? That's horrible! Did they even do anything to deserve it?

I dunno. Maybe, maybe not. It's just a rumor.

[He drops his disguise completely, leaving an adorable furry thing with... well, giant balls... standing in front of Luke.]

[Yeah, he's... trying not to look down.]

[Probably wise, yes. He thinks for a moment and then uh. Illusions them to a more socially acceptable size.]

Yeah. We're "magical creatures".

[He attempts to do air quotes with his paws, though it ends up more flailing than anything else.]

Tricksters and drunks and sometimes thieves but not usually. Thievery is more the kitsune's thing. But we love a good joke and a good drink.

[He flops onto his tummy, looking up at Luke.]

I like looking like a human though. For one, thumbs are useful. For another, humans have lots of neat toys to play with and things to watch. And people don't get scared when I look like a human.
