Setting: Meadow floor~
Format: Prose starting, but will match.
Summary: V/V puts on a concert.
Warnings: None

On the promised day, V/V had set out several instruments, most notably guitars, on a makeshift stage that was really just a blanket in the meadow. There was also a small table that had food set upon it, now that food was more widely available and came in forms other than nutrition bars.

V/V herself was waiting for people to show up, strumming her blue guitar idly. If anyone looked her way, she offered a bright smile.

"Sure! I can't promise that they'll be great works of art, but I'll write more songs for you, if you want me to."

"It doesn't matter if they're great art as long as you really, really mean them, I think."

[tohko_amano]

"Well..I do always put feelings into my writing. I guess they would be alright then."

[heavenscorpse]

"Mmhm."

And then V/V reached over and patted Tohko's head.

Tohko was a little surprised at that. She didn't mind being patted on the head..but people usually did it when she was distressed about something. She wasn't here..so she couldn't think of why V/V had.

"Why did you pat me on the head?"

"You did it to me."

V/V wasn't sure why Tohko had patted her head either.

"That's true..but I did it to cheer you up."

[heavenscorpse]

"Oh, is that why?" V/V asked. "I didn't know."

[tohko_amano]

At that, Tohko smiled a little. "Well, now you do! I usually give headpats to people to cheer them up."

[heavenscorpse]

"I think it's a good way." V/V patted Tohko on the head again.

[tohko_amano]

At the headpat, Tohko smile widened as she tried to give V/V another one.

"It usually does help a few people."

Are they going to be patting each other for ages?

"I see!"

[tohko_amano]

It depends upon whether V/V will headpat her again.

"Yup! So, that's why I tend to give them to people. Or a pat on the shoulder, if they're too tall or don't like it."

[heavenscorpse]

"Some people are very tall," V/V agrees. "I understand."

[tohko_amano]

"Alright then! I'm glad you do..now you can headpat people a lot!"

[heavenscorpse]

"I will!"

Tohko what have you done.

[tohko_amano]

She's made another happy person who won't mind giving lots of headpats.

"Good! I'm glad to hear that! And I'll keep on writing songs for you."

[heavenscorpse]

"Thank you very much. I'm going to go see if everyone else liked the concert now, okay?"

[tohko_amano]

"Alright then! I'm sure they did..but it would be nice to talk with everyone. See you later then."

With a wave, V/V skipped off to bug somebody else.
