Setting: Meadow floor~
Format: Prose starting, but will match.
Summary: V/V puts on a concert.
Warnings: None

On the promised day, V/V had set out several instruments, most notably guitars, on a makeshift stage that was really just a blanket in the meadow. There was also a small table that had food set upon it, now that food was more widely available and came in forms other than nutrition bars.

V/V herself was waiting for people to show up, strumming her blue guitar idly. If anyone looked her way, she offered a bright smile.

"Sometimes miss! I used to sing with my friends." He grinned, "I'm not too good though but it's fun!"

"You should sing with me sometime. The only way to get better is to practice, right?"

His face lit up, "That would be fun miss!"

[heavenscorpse]

"Then we should do it!"

She's happy she got to cheer people up.

"We should!" He grinned again, V/V was good at keeping peoples spirits up!

"Oh, what's your name?" she asked. "I'm V/V."

"V/V that's a cool name! I'm Romeo!"

[heavenscorpse]

"Romeo's a nice name."

Says one of the only people not to know Romeo and Juliet ever existed.

No, Romeo didn't know they existed either until he was told by people in the tower. "Thank you miss!"

[heavenscorpse]

"You're welcome. Can I pat your head?"

V/V asked politely, at least.

[myblueskies]

"If you want to miss." He said, sounding a little confused.

[heavenscorpse]

Pat pat. Pat pat.

"Someone told me it makes people feel better."

In other words, blame Tohko.

"Does it?" Romeo asked with a smile, "Do you want me to pat your head?"

[heavenscorpse]

"I feel okay already, but you can." V/V smiled back at him.

[myblueskies]

He does so with a grin.

[heavenscorpse]

"Thank you! I feel even better."

[myblueskies]

He grinned again, "I'm glad miss! Do you want to see my trick for keeping your spirits up?"

[heavenscorpse]

"I do! What's your secret?" V/V asked.

[myblueskies]

Romeo smiled at her and grabbed her hand raising it above their heads. "This is a really good way to keep your spirits up. Whenever you feel sad!"

"Oh, it really helps!" V/V giggled. "Where did you learn it?"

[myblueskies]

"Back in my world before it ended. My friend Alfredo taught me it, because it's really important to always keep your spirits up!" He smiled again.

[heavenscorpse]

"So your spirits will be up like your hands?" V/V guessed.

[myblueskies]

"Yep!" He nodded, "And if you get shown it by a friend you can always remember them when you do it, and thinking of your friends makes you happy too."

[heavenscorpse]

"Do you have a lot of friends from home here?"

V/V didn't, but maybe he did, and that would be happy.

[myblueskies]

Romeo shook his head, "No, no one I knew on my world ever came here."
