[3rd Evil Meeting] || [Let the hate flow through you] || [Open]

Characters : Open to any and every villain / morally gray characters in the tower.
Setting: The meeting will start in the Cathedral Floor (13th Floor). If a spy or a retrieval unit gets too close to the reunion, all participants will automatically be teleported to another floor so as to prevent information leaking. More details below.
Format: Prose for the meeting. Action or prose for the mingle threads, your choice.

Summary: As usual, this is a reunion for all bad guys and characters in the gray morals. Basically all those who think the ends justify the means, etc. If your character qualifies, feel free to post in. There are no invitations or network message about it, Ganondorf has simply spread the "rumor" that a reunion is about to happen on the 13th floor, so that all the "bad guys" can get word of it.

The reunion will center mostly around the recent events and future plotting. What the administrators do, what the "resistance" does and what the bad guys should do. Maybe plot new things, offer ideas and have villains cooperate? This post will be divided in two threads. One for the reunion proper, another for individuals mingling threads (set either before or after the reunion).

Warnings: EVIL. Evil plotting. Lovely things altogether. Heroes forbidden unless they have a death wish.

Teleportation Trick
Basically due to the recent events, a lot of villains are now tracked by Retrieval Units trying to spy their every movements. Add on to this, the good guys have taken an habit to try and spy on such reunions even if that means a certain death. So Ganondorf has devised a system that automatically teleports all participants, including their chairs, to another floor in the tower when a retrieval units gets close. It is seamless and from the participants's viewpoint, it looks as though their surrounding fade for a second before becoming a new floor.

Of course all participants will be warned of this security system before the start of the reunion, so as not to have side-eying moments if the system activates suddenly during the reunion.

Kiryu. [Sephiroth nods but does not linger with the briefest of handshakes before taking his hand back. There is no need to extend their introduction with any of the common pleasentries the human race ties onto the end of such things.]

I suppose there is a great deal, that is different from when you were here before?

[She smirks back] So what do you be thinking so far?

[At the second part, he vehemently shakes his head, looking nervous. Of course he wasn't nosy. Of course he wasn't trying to learn as much as he can. He holds up his hands, tone ever so nervous and willing to please.]

G-god, no, I'm sorry! I'm sorry, I wasn't being nosy, I was just curious...and oh dear, please don't get angry, I didn't mean it! Forgive me!

Maybe there is a way I can.

[He does his best attempt at a smirk.]

I mean...it wasn't like I didn't demonstrate my skills before for people I used t work for before, so...really, just name the thing you want, and I'll prove it. I really will!

Aha~! ✩ [ He claps his hands, clearly amused by the sudden panic. ] I haven't seen anyone get that scared since Woodpecker first heard who I was.

[ And then there was Crow's reaction to his sudden reappearance. Hagire knew full well what Toto Sakigami's reputation was like amongst the other Deadmen. This side of Wretched Egg, Mockingbird was considered the most powerful Deadman alive, and having a Carnival Corpse match against him was basically considered a death sentence, about the worst thing that can happen to you in Deadman Wonderland besides a penalty game. ]

Thanks for that. Don't worry, I'm not gonna kill you. I'm not bored enough. ✩

[ He paused for a couple seconds. ]

Shadows, strength... So you act as a sort of spy or covert killer?

"We need to move quickly and strike swiftly." he nodded in agreement with what Veigar said "However, the administrators may be expecting the next blow to come from me-- They may try to predict my tactics."

"Hence our next move should be planned by someone else, make use of a tactic the administrators have not yet faced. Something they will not expect."

[ Ganondorf listens attentively. A great disaster heh, and the boy's tone... ]

And you survived the destruction...?

We may have to speak to them later and see if they are truly worthy.

[ Aka, not repeating the Ryoji mistake. ]

[ Shame that Sephiroth had never met Cloud before, except for when the other Reno had inhabited his body. And even then, he had thought his hairs were weird.

At Sephiroth's question though, Ganondorf couldn't help but laugh. Zelda, fighting? That's a good one. ]

Princess Zelda, fighting for herself? Well, she certainly tries, and subsequently fails. [Such as when she tried to stop him before the Dark World plot.] The Princess's only strength is hiding and begging for help. In fact, she has made it her specialty.

To defend herself she makes use of knights. The most notable is the Hero of Time, Link. A Hylian always clothed in green whose sole purpose in life is to serve her. There are many of them in this tower, it would surprise me if you never met one.

It is a shame, however. As much as I despise her, I believe she would have the potential to do so much more if she was not constantly surrounded by her so-called heroes. But as all Hylians, the illusion of comfort has deprived her of what potential she once held.

You could say that. We vampires are something of experts on killing through stealth.

[He was purposefully leaving out that he's also a trained killer for a secret organization full of assassins. He had to keep the family secrets safe, after all, even if Mother wasn't here.]

Yes, I did. I was asleep for many years. I woke up after the calamity.

[He still doesn't understand what happened, or how, or why he slept.]

[Wow. Eager or what. Sephiroth returns the smirk to Sam, though it is followed with a slight shrug]

If I could, off the top of my head, think of a particular item someone here possesses that I want I would tell you.

A lot of the things I want are unobtainable in our current situation here.

[Well now wasn't that a lot more than he hoped to get on the subject. Not only does Sephiroth now have the name of this Princess, as well as a name of one who might protect her, but he can pretty much smell the utter hatred seeping from Ganondorf regarding her. So bittersweet, it's been a while since he'd had any one person to direct such feelings towards. Ryoji is close to filling that gap, but he's no Cloud.

Directing it at the Tower and the Administration currently wasn't achieving anything but a headache and not being able to move for such a long time after awaking is concerning.]

Perhaps not such a shame.

[Wasted potential. Those types were all so very full of it. It sickens Sephiroth to think of it, but then there is only so much room of top of the hill - so to speak. He glances around at some of the others gathered here, pondering that very fact. Naturally he still puts himself on a pedestal above most others here, but between Ganondorf and him there seems to be this silent respect.]

Not so many of us can achieve greatness.

[For those who'd been here for quite some time, they'd likely recognize his face right off the bat. Or maybe it's the black coat that tips them off. Either way, it isn't likely who they think he is.

Why are there so many goddamn Rikus in this goddamn tower?

Either way, this is the first meeting he'll likely say anything (he saw the booze and walked right on out the last time). Ira sighs, crossing his arms. Countdown for someone to mistake him for the (now older) real thing in three, two...]

Veigar remained silent for a few, looking around the room before sneering. His eyes glowed dangerously as he shook his head beforwe turning back to Ganon.

"It shouldn't be from anyone in this room... We need to use those that have been wronged by them but aren't part of our group... I'm sure it won't take that much coaxing to get the... 'good guys' to take action... Maybe in their fumble we could strike from the shadows."

[ Why, why was such an accurate question. The Rikus were like the Links, no matter what happened they kept multiplying. A couple months ago Ganondorf would gladly have rid the tower of all these pests, but at least this one appeared to be above the others. Hopefully. Maybe.

Ganondorf glanced over at him-- But didn't mistake him for the other one, if only because he kept the hope his opponents weren't stupid enough to walk into his meetings and hope he wouldn't notice them. He nodded at him in acknowledgement. ]

[ This was good to know. His main difficulty in the tower had always been the numerical superiority of his enemies-- If they could stealthily reduce their number right before an operation, this could be useful. ]

Interesting. Thank you for the information, maybe someday I may request your services.

[ Not in the foreseeable future, as killing anyone now would serve little purpose. ]

Ganondorf chuckled lightly at the suggestion and nodded.

"Oh, I am certain this would not be so hard." he said "Most of them are so desperately easilly manipulated... No the true challenge lies in ourselves, making good use of them at the right moment at the right place."

[ That's Zelda and Link for you-- The hatred between Ganondorf and these two is such that he'll never tire of expressing it. As a matter of fact, these hatred originates in the dawn of times itself and goes as far as their previous lives, but this tale would be for another day.

However Ganondorf nodded once again at Sephiroth. He could write a book about wasted potentials. ]

This is correct. She is born Princess-- As far as she is concerned, her greatest achievement lies in the birth right.

But the birthright means nothing if you cannot live up to it. One could be child of a god yet be nothing if they do not walk their destined path, no matter how perilous that path may be, no matter how the mindless masses may curse it.

[ After all Ganondorf was born King-- But he didn't stop there. In fact he never stopped trying to reach for higher, and whilst he sometimes lost-- He sometimes won and his victories far overwhelmed his defeats as far as he was concerned. ]

[ So that was what Sephiroth had accomplished in his world. Good to know. However he was more so curious about this boy now, but better not show too much interest. ]

Interesting story boy. You are indeed the same yet different beings at once-- For what reasons nobody will ever find.

"Good, now lets hope that by random chance things don't backfire and with that same easy to manipulate group, the blasted administrators don't use them against us."

He paused, "Not that I wouldn't be able to brush them off like gnats, but the nuisances are enough as it is with those tireless drones."

Of course, your majesty.

[Getting the chance to murder again, even if not through the Black Sacrament? He'll take it.]

Yes, and see if they do be truly understanding.

I couldn't agree more.

[The slightly over-careful, paranoid demeanor shifts a little towards something much more recognizable; pride along with it's small curve at the edge of his mouth. Sephiroth has an ego like a wrung out sponge right now and it's vital for it to be filled again and quickly. Lest his own capabilities be drawn into question. ~~Lest his cracked sanity finally start to be chipped away.~~

He's walked such a path ever since he discovered his own birthright. Much like Ganon, always reaching out for that farthest step that would bring him closest to his destiny. Sure, there could be countless defeats along the way but it's the achievements along the way that promised him victory in the end. No one else could have summoned Meteor, that one act alone speaks volumes. He's even been returned the inert orb of the same to remind him.

The defeats he's endured so far in this place haven't yet been balanced with any great achievement. This clearly needs to be rectified soon.]
