Room 1-07 (Closed to Roommates)
[Hello, roommates, have a newbie! Tear’s just waking up… And she’s got some issues. First of all, she's not back in Yulia City. Second of all, WHO CHANGED HER CLOTHES! And third, she's got this collar on. She's not into this kinky stuff. So...

She's going to scramble around until she sees the note. She carefully reads it over a few times.]

Impossible! Auldrant's gone? Who is playing this cruel joke? Where are Anise and Natalia, because if they've put me in this ridiculous outfit for Peony's entertainment, when we've got our trip to Eldrant to take care of...Yulia help me I will smack them both.

First floor cafeteria
[Tear is looking over the menu for this strange place now that she's dressed in her OWN clothes again. On one hand, it reminds her a little of the Oracle Headquarters at the cathedral in Daath, but there is something innately sinister in the entire place's atmosphere.]

Hm, while none of these sound particularly bad, the flower theme's a little daunting [She's not talking to anyone in general. Just out loud.]

Third Floor Library
[Now that Tear has some down time, she's going to curl up with a good book and try to relax. She's currently browsing the historical novels to see what is there. The titles are interesting to her, but it takes a second of staring for the words to translate into the Fonic Alphabet she's been used to.

This entire place is going to take some getting used to for her. No Auldrant. Ripped away from her friends and her grandfather. No idea when or if she can even get out of this place. In reality, if she wasn't trying to still process everything, she might cry.]

What is this Pride and Prejudice? Is it any good?

Floor 101
[Unlike the beautiful meadow on the 25th floor, Tear feels completely alone as she stands in the midst of the hanging gardens. If you come upon her, you will only find her staring out in the vast open sky, not moving, not talking, not singing. Just staring with a blank expression on her face.]

[Tear stiffles a giggle behind her hand. That wasn't exactly what she meant, but...]

Okay, and after dessert? What do you do for fun, V/V?

I like to read, or pick flowers, or sing.

[Really, this girl is far too cute for words. If Tear's not careful, she might end up adopting her as a friend.]

Well, I'm a decent fighter. [Understatement, just a bit.] If you'd like to show me around the tower for a bit, I would appreciate that.

Oh, I can do that! Just follow me and I'll lead you around. I know all the floors by now and there are lots.

[Like, a hundred lots.]

[Well, Tear knows how many floors there are, but the reaction from the other girl is pretty cute.]

[She's going to wave that off. They are both doing something to benefit the other, so it's cancelled out, right?]

So, can I ask why you would be forced to eat nutrition bars for an entire month?

Jason, one of the administrators, really doesn't like us. And we can live off of nutrition bars... technically.

[mysterical]

[Gone is thought of the strangely-flowery food. This girl could be used to gather pertinent information about the Tower.]

And the other administrators? What are they like?

Ruana eats people.

[Let that sink in.]

[Yeah, no food ever again. Thanks, V/V. Now Tear can keep her girlish figure to lure Luke in.]

Literally eats them. I'm sorry.

There are others than this Ruana and Jason, right?

Just Riki and Zo now.

[mysterical]

There were others, I'm gathering?

Dax was eaten. He was on our side.

[mysterical]

By this Ruana person you mentioned? What are the others like?

[heavenscorpse]

We don't know much about Riki, he seems quiet. Zo is a child and seems very innocent. I'm not sure how much he really knows about what's going on.

[mysterical]

I wouldn't let the appearance of innocence fool you. He very well may grasp what is going on without telling anyone. And he could be much older than you think he is.

[Tear was picturing Arietta. The God-General had been so small and cutesy, but knew how things worked, understood what Van wanted to do to their world, and still helped him. Tear felt bad for the now dead girl, but she didn't miss having one less opponent to deal with.]

I guess that's true... I'm not sure which would be worse.

[mysterical]

Neither situation is particularly pleasant to think about, I'm afraid.

...I don't like this tower.

[mysterical]

[While Tear understood the blonde's sentiment, it was a moot point. They were stuck there for the time being.]

If you had more friends to help you, would that make it easier?
