it's not a cry you hear at night (backdated to the 21st)
Characters: Hallelujah (possibly Allelujah) and anyone.
Setting: Floor 39 (gymnasium) (day), Floor 75 (tower) (night)
Format: Either.
Summary: Hallelujah has grown frustrated with Allelujah's silence, and has taken to trying to beat out his frustration on anything and everything.
Warnings: Talk of Richtofen which itself is a warning, mentions of vivisection, character death, gore. Also heavy swearing and violence warnings as per usual with Hallelujah.
[Floor 39]
[Every goddamn day he comes here, and every goddamn day he trains. All the details are fuzzy, but he's still determined to get even stronger than he already is in order to kick that guy's ass. He can't explain how that horrible experience made him feel - upset, angry, afraid. The last one is an emotion he's never supposed to feel. So how does this even work? He's not a person. He's just part of one.]
[He punches the punching bag again and again, the fabric starting to split. He has some fabric wrapped around his knuckles but they're also starting to grow red.]
[Floor 75]
[A Chocobo zooms out of the darkness, making a line for Hallelujah. He doesn't care. The birdlike creature is met with a roar, Hallelujah reaching out to grab the thing by the neck and twist, breaking it. He kicks the body, over and over.]
Dammit, just answer me! Stop fucking hiding!
[A Bullfairy flies at him, interested, but he grabs it from the air and squeezes, crushing it.]
Say something!
[He carries on like this for a while, not caring if anyone comes up the stairs and hears him. He's already thought of as crazy, so who the hell cares?]

... hmph.
[Truth be told, he's been itching for a fight, but he isn't about to commence one without anyone else coming at him first.]
You are breaking the "indoor voice" rule of the vicinity. [He doesn't really care that his edicts at Namimori School had no power within the tower.]

One - no one gives a fuck about your rules. Two - fuck you.
no subject
Shall I bite you to death, then?
no subject
Seriously? Biting's all you got? That's a pretty damn weak threat.

[It doesn't seem to actually bother Hibari that the tower's residents haven't caught onto his manner of speech. He's actually a little surprised that Hallelujah was under the impression that he intended on... literally biting the man to death.]
I do not associate with herbivores. [He makes the turn to leave.]

He hasn't seen the man in a long time, not since Suzaku's run in with Hallelujah during the glamour failure, the memory would have made him pause, but his worry for Allelujah out weighs his fear.
"Allelujah?" He hoped it was him...
hell yes
Hallelujah growled a little, angry that someone stole his kill. "Allelujah's not around right now. I'd say leave a message but whatever. He's being stubborn about coming back."
Re: hell yes

He was the one who was allowed to disappear for a time, not Allelujah. He'd been stuck dealing with all of these stupid emotions that shouldn't be his. Fear and anxiety weren't emotions that someone like him had.

Floor 39
[Anise is sitting off to one side, and up until now it had probably been pretty easy to ignore her. She's good at staying quiet when she doesn't want to draw attention to herself, but with the punching bag starting to split, now seems like a good a time as ever to speak up.]
So what happened? Someone you know get sent home?
no subject
[He punctuates the sentence with a powerful jab to the bag, which is now starting to leak sand. He rolls his eyes and unlatches it. He'll look for a new one in a minute.]
[He turns to face the girl, rolling his eyes.]
No. He's still here, he just won't fucking talk.
no subject
Do you always get this mad when someone gives you the cold shoulder?
no subject
no subject
[Did she hear that right? She can't have heard that right. Anise stares at him with an expression that is equal parts curious and perturbed.]
What do you mean by that?

conveniently appears in the cafeteria after he talks with Anise
There's a half-finished bowl of fruit salad in front of her, but she seems to be ignoring it in favor of a milkshake. Many milkshakes, actually; there are two empty glasses in front of her, and she's just starting on a third.
She supposes if nothing else, she'll have to thank the administrators for introducing her to this. Hopefully they'll get to have them again before... her expression flickers as her thoughts start to wander and she shakes her head, taking another large sip of the milkshake to distract herself.]
clearly he tripped the plot flag
Hey you! I need you to do something.
i laughed, not even gonna lie
The sudden grab to the collar immediately puts her on the defensive. She shifts to look back - she swears to god, if this is Saturos..! - and then pauses when she recognizes him.]
You could have just asked... [She sighs, and once she sets her milkshake down - thankfully, she'd managed not to spill it - her expression becomes a little less hostile, though it's still somewhat wary.] What do you need?
yes good
[He chuckles briefly, and then his expression becomes more serious. ... Well. About as serious as he can usually get.]
I need you to use your freaky mind reading power thing. Allelujah hasn't talked for two weeks and nothing I do is dragging him out. He's shut me out and I can't get to him.
no subject
You want me to try and get his attention, then? [She's not really surprised that someone is asking - she'd let it slip that she could read minds before. That it's Hallelujah asking is what surprises her. He hadn't really seemed to like it much, if at all, when she'd accidentally overheard him.] If you're really sure you want me in your head, I can try it. Come on... sit down and we'll get started. Unless you want to do this somewhere else?

39 - if he needs something more to start let me know!
The rack wobbles as Enoch shifts his weight, of as uncertain quality as any other piece of equipment here, and, despite his attempts to stay balanced, topples over with a crash, sending him to the floor.
He's starting to really hate this glitching, even if it means his stalker's gone off somewhere, chasing who knows who.
He has probably also interrupted Hallelujah's training. Oops.*
It's cool. o/
Stop doing shit like that, you bastard!
[He looks down at Enoch, snickering a little.]
Having fun down there?
no subject
If you consider being unable to go where you're trying to go "fun". *He is getting tired of this shit, he can't get back to Doc and Waver and the others; this is the second time he's been caught and just thrown somewhere.*
no subject
[He kicks the bag again, not caring that the fabric is starting to rip.]
no subject
You'll destroy your practice target.
*He doesn't know what a punching bag is, so he just goes for the obvious.*
