(no subject)

Characters: Kachessa and Lightning
Setting: Floor 99, the crystal cavern
Format: Starting in action, I will stick with whatever you choose!
Summary: Two women meet under fire from monsters in an otherwise beautiful place. Too bad they can't relax. [Closed]
Warnings: None as of yet, will be updated

[Crystal is said to purify, to cleanse the body of toxins and sins through magic. So it's entirely ironic that now Kachessa is fighting for her life here, with monsters around them. Yes, them. She'd only just met the other woman, but here they are, fighting together.]

I can't say this is how I would like to introduce myself.

[Luckily, the creatures, while numerous, don't seem too dangerous. The Miniblins are going down quickly between the other woman and Kachessa's own knife.]

[She has much more than that. While not as good at healing others like Hope and Sazh were, she at least had some ability thanks to her former curse. Fortunately, these were small fry - ones she could easily defeat were she on her own. However she doesn't know exactly how the other would take to other kinds of magic; if she would be fine with it, or would behave like most of those on Cocoon. It wasn't exactly tactful to cause another ally to panic, after all.

Still, she seemed to take the healing spell well. When the attacks slowed somewhat, she switched tactics again. This time the wind picked up, creating slashes and cuts into flesh as she strikes only the one directly in front of her. So long as new ones don't arrive, they may well just make it through instead of reawakening in their rooms the next day.]

Not bad, yourself.

[Well... at least for someone ill-equipped. Monsters not shredded to pieces by her attacks or wind soon find a Ruinga in midst of them, exploding upon impact.]
