Setting: Dorm room 1-03 and the dorm floors.
Format: Prose, but I'll match you.
Summary: A very shaken Yotsuba returns the the Tower and tries to find the people she knew so that she can 'warn' them and get some answers as to what happened to her.
Warnings: Yotsuba will be crying here. Seeing a dead father that you love dearly will do that. Information as to what she saw can be found on her profile.

When Yotsuba woke up, she wasn't expecting to be in a bed. Scared, she sat up and tried to think as to where she was, since she had forgotten a little bit, since so much time had passed, and since she had seen so many terrifying things. Remembering, and not bothering to read the the notes she had been given or look in her trunk, she got out of bed and carefully wandered into the hall. Her destroyed world had been terrible..and lonely. She didn't want her Daddy to be like that! She didn't want it at all..so she had to tell everyone so that they could come up with a plan and help him!

But just thinking about it had started to make her cry, and she didn't stop as she rushed about the dorm hallways, crying out, hoping to find someone she knew. Of course, if she bumped into someone else, that would be nice too, but..right now, her mind was going to the people here she knew and loved.

"L-Luci! Dia?! E..Enoch?! Zett! Romeo?! Mr..Mr Edgey?! Rick?! Are you guys here?! Help!"

Of course, to people she hadn't met, she would just look like a scared little kid that had just arrived. To people that knew her though..this would be a bittersweet homecoming of sorts.

[So many questions! Rick answers as slowly and concisely as possible; hopefully Yotsuba will be patient enough to listen through each response he gives.]

...He w-was there, he--h-he m-might know.

[Rick frowns slightly. He'd only seen Enoch near the tail end of the party itself, after discussions were over...maybe he came in too late? Although it was always possible that they simply didn't notice one-another. It might be worth seeing if the scribe is caught up.]

--A-And I d-d-definitely w-won't forget. [The reassuring smile returns as Rick taps the side of his head.] I-I h-h-have a good m-m-memory. But e-even if I do...

[...even if he leaves...]

...there w-were a l-lot of p-people that sh--showed up. They'll m-make sure to h-help, e-even if I c-can't. Okay?

[While she probably would have wanted quicker responses normally, right now it gave her a chance to calm down. While thinking back to her little trip had made her cry, the possibility of helping everyone was making her feel better, and the company had stopped her crying.

After all, she wasn't thinking about the possibility that the people she knew and loved here could leave. So she just returned Rick's warm smile with a small one as he spoke and tapped his head.]

Okay..we can ask him when we see him then! And if you forget, Yotsuba will help you remember! And okay..we can ask all those people and help them out! Someone's gotta know!

[Though Yotsuba could really only help by being a support and encouraging others, she could still help by doing that.]

--O-Of course. W-We'll do o-our b-best!

[A beat, and then he quickly amends: ]

--B-But not o-over the n-n-network. [That was why they'd met in person to talk about these things, right? And everyone was so hushed...they had to be very careful.] The, uh...the b-bad p-people w-w-watch the n-network. We c-can't say a-anything really i-i-important on it.

[Since Yotsuba didn't know that the bad people were watching the network, this surprised her, but she nodded as she spoke.]

Oh! Yotsuba didn't know! I won't do anything against them there then! It would be bad and people would get hurt! Yotsuba will remember!

[Or try to. Her memory could be shoddy sometimes.]

[Rick nods back, peering over his glasses for emphasis.]

That's r-right. We n-need to be c-c-careful--I d-don't w-want you g-g-getting hurt. [Or being taken away again because she knows too much.] ...I'm g-glad you're s-safe, Yotsuba.

[The look Rick gave her worked, and Yotsuba nodded again, doing her best to burn this information into her head before smiling and responding.]

We do! I don't want you to get hurt either, and it's bad to make people worry! And I'm glad you're safe too..did Yotsuba make you worry? I'm sorry! Zoe made a mistake..

[A pretty terrible one, and she shook her head to try and calm down.]

[Rick is quick to correct her.]

--N-No, no! I m-mean--yes, I w-was w-w-worried, but--it w-wasn't y-your f-fault. It's okay.

[...That deserves another hug.]

[Which Yotsuba was more than happy to return as she spoke. That whole month hadn't been kind to anyone, even if they weren't at the Tower.]

Okay..but I'm sorry that you were worried! It must have been super sad and scary for you and everyone else! Are you okay?

--I-It was! We w-were all v-very w-w-worried for you.

[He still is, granted, but Rick is in a perpetual state of worry so that's nothing new.]

I-I'm okay, though. Y-You're b-back, you're s-safe, and e-everything's f-fine.

[Maybe not, but Yotsuba didn't know about the emotional state that Rick was constantly in, so, to her, it was good that Rick was feeling alright now.]

I am..but not everything is fine! The souls are still enchanted, and the worlds and bodies are still destroyed! But..you and Enoch promised to fix them, and Enoch has Luci's help, and I'm gonna be a support, so..so we'll find a way! It'll be okay.

[At least, she hoped it would.]
