Setting: Whichever floor your team is working on.
Format: Prose or action, whichever you prefer.

Summary: It's been two months and a half since the researches have started and they should come to an end by next month. At this point the scientists should be realizing they're getting somewhere, they just need more time to figure everything out. Because it'll end soon, this log is so every team can mingle and play out scenes of the research effort-- If that's not already been done!

The teams can all be found here. The list is not up to date, but it's a general idea of what the teams look like. Just, feel free to reply to the thread of the team you belong to! The threads may be backdatted, given the ongoing Sephiroth plot may make some character unavailable. As the team have to move a lot, there is no set floor so pick whichever one you want. Warnings: Absolutely nothing! Well, unless you decide to play out a monster attacking your team. Or if you are part of the Violet and Orange teams, maybe.

Except I didn't make it. Some assholes forced it inside my head when I was too young to know what they were doing, in the name of scientific progress. So don't give me this bullshit about trying to control it.

[He'd explained this what felt like a thousand times, and on the contrary to his current expressed emotion, he was just getting tired of it.]

In my world, not everyone got to choose whether or not to jump in an EVA.

I got to choose. So did Shinji.

[But somewhere, she gets a feeling that some way or another, they'd have to do that sort of job even if they didn't want to. Humanity was at stake, after all.]

Well how fantastic for you! [His voice rose higher in volume, and now he fully pushed himself off from the wall and planted both feet on the ground. one fist clenched and the other gesturing angrily as he spoke.]

Really, I'm so fuckin' glad that you made the noble choice to protect humanity for the greater good, but I didn't choose to be a freak of nature who was gonna die at the ripe old age of 16 from the manifestation of cognitive dissonance.

[And here, his temper's getting away from him, and his volume slowly escalates to a shout.]

Honestly, I don't really give a shit what you or this Shinji kid did back in your world, because we're still here, he's probably dead, and all you did was for shit because the world's been destroyed anyway. Don't think I haven't been trying to control it though, because maybe the reason that I haven't yet, is because it's not working.

What about the other people with your power? Or the scientists and doctors and healers. Can't any of them help you?

The only doctors that would know a damn thing are all dead, and there's no way I'm letting any of the nutjobs here near my brain. And the other people with my power got it the right way, so they don't even know what I'm talking about!
