notsogrimreaper, the people they invited between the two of them, and everybody else who just happens to stumble into the party.
Setting: Floor 25, November 17, morning-evening
Format: Open, anything goes
Summary: It's Ryoji's birthday, so Lancer is throwing him a big party. Anyone is welcome in! (And nobody is gonna kick out those who aren't so welcome)
Warnings: None for now

[It's been a long time since Lancer had thrown any parties. Therefore, he's making this bigger and grander than the last two parties he's thrown. It's a good way for him to distract himself from all the emotional turmoil that had popped up during the battle with Sephiroth, if anything.]

[There's two tables laden with food over at one side of the floor. The centerpiece for that is a big double-tier cake with "HAPPY BIRTHDAY RYOJI" written over the side of the bottom layer. The top layer is little more than a glorified candle holder, as several handfuls of candles have been jammed all over that second layer.]

[Over on the other side, there was a variety of party games. They're all old favorites like pin the tail on the piggy (pinning spiraling paper tails onto a "pig" with Ganon's face), apple bobbing (various fruits in a water-filled wooden barrel), and everyone's favorite--the pinata (a scarecrow with a berry-filled paper mache head supposed to represent Jason).]

[In the center of the floor, there is a stage nailed together from wooden boards. A ways behind that, a pile of wood stacks into a bonfire pyre. A turnip lantern leers at the party goers from one corner of the stage.]

[For decorations, there are black feathers and crude little paper doll cutouts resembling angels scattered around on the ground or in the corners of the dining tables. There are also a few more turnip lanterns.]

[And of course, Lancer, like a good host, stands on the stage, dressed like a hobby horse, waiting for people to show up. He's feeling pretty relaxed, if only because the major unwanted guest, Sephiroth, was locked up and in no danger of crashing this party.]

[Yotsuba would just give Tetra a surprised and stunned look with wide eyes because, while seeing people her age was nice, she hadn't seen anyone here quite that fashionable here before. Except maybe Archer. But, while she looked surprised, the kid was still smiling.]

Wow..you look..luvley and fashanable! Who are you?! Are you a good person?!

[alsjafh- Was not expecting that! Tetra laughs a little, slightly embarrassed and brushes the back of her head.]

Of course I'm a good person! I'm... uh, Princess Tetra of Hyrule.

[And Yotsuba, unfamiliar with embarrassment, just keeps on smiling happily, looking quite excited. She had heard what Kings and Knight were, and knew a little bit about the 'guvernment', but she had never heard of a Princess before. Or Hyrule, but that seemed to be where she lived, just like Yotsuba lived on an island to the left before she moved.]

That's good! I'm Yotsuba Koiwai, and I used to live to the left, but I lived to the right before the Ad..Administrators brought our souls here! What's a Princess though?!

Ah, it means that I'm in line to be the next Queen of Hyrule.

[Never mind that Hyrule is beneath the ocean and she's stuck here instead of creating New Hyrule but that doesn't change who she is.]

It's nice to meet you, Yotsuba~

[It doesn't, and it helps that Yotsuba probably isn't going to ask about it right now. Whether she asks about it later is a different story..but, right now, she's just assuming it's the place Tetra came from that isn't at the bottom of the sea.]

It's nice to meet you too!~ But does that mean you're gonna be part of the guvernment?! Like a King?! You'll have Knights and build stores and a whoole lot of other things!

[Yes. Good assumption because Tetra doesn't want word getting back to Zelda and making her sad. Sad Zelda's are the worst. Even if it means family cuddle time to feel better.]

Yeah, it does. I just won't have a king to help me rule the kingdom.

[While family cuddle time was nice, Yotsuba wouldn't like making people upset either. Plus, she didn't know who Zelda was-at least, she hadn't been formally introduced to the woman-so it would be hard to get the word back to her.]

Oh! Okay then! So you'll run the whole guvernment with knights and workers! That's awesome! You'll hafta grow up really fast then so that you can! Grown-ups run the guvernment!

[At least, that's what she thought.]

[No doubt Yotsuba would meet her eventually. It's hard to miss Zelda, or any Hylian, in this tower. There aren't many people with long pointed ears for hearing the Goddesses. Or so the legends say.]

I've grown up a lot here already. And besides, there's no one else to rule it besides me.

[Oh, she had met her. But she had met her when Jason was turning everyone into his servants, which meant that they hadn't been formally introduced and that Yotsuba wouldn't like her at first, since Zelda had thrown a fireball at her.]

Oh..how come there's no one else? And you're still not a grown-up yet! Grown-ups are taller than you!

Link's grandma is as short as me.

[So suck on that.

Okay no. That's not nice and Tetra knows better.]

I don't have to be an adult to rule a kingdom. I just have to know what I'm doing.

[Which she has a vague idea of.]

And there's no one else because the entire Royal Family, besides myself, is dead.

[While the first statement was rather rude, it just made Yotsuba's eyes go wide in astonishment and surprise..but her smile faded away when Tetra said that everyone in her family was dead. Having recently come from a destroyed world, she could understand a little. And it hurt a lot.]

Really?! Grandma was taller than me, and only grown-ups could be part of the guvernment! Do you come from a different world?! And..Yotsuba's sorry about your family! Are you lonely?

Maybe on your world they could be but on mine, only the Royal Family can rule. And I'm the only one left. I don't have to be a grown-up.

[And thirteen is old enough.]

Nah, I'm never lonely. I have [~~Subordinates. A crew~~] friends. A bunch of them.

[Not that Yotsuba could count high enough to thirteen.]

Oh! Okay then! That's super cool!~ You can run everything and help and not be a grown-up! Yotsuba's a support, but that's different! But it's good that you're not lonely! It's really sad and pain..painful when you're alone! Can I be your friend too?!

[We're going to have to have some study sessions, Yotsuba dear.]

Yeah, it can be. And sure! Never hurts to have a few more friends!

[What's studying? What's school? Homework?]

Okay then! I'm happy to be your friend, Prin..Princess! I don't have my card..but I'd be happy to see yours!

[..What on earth is she going on about? She was thinking about business cards and thought that everyone in the government carried them, but she didn't think that people in Tetra's world might not have them.]

Card?

[Tetra has no idea. Why would she carry around a card? Unless she wanted to give someone a paper cut but that's just dumb.]

A buissness card! All the working grown-ups have one, even the presidient! So you should have one too!

[If not, Yotsuba would help Tetra make one.]
