[MEETING] We've no idea what the end picture will look like
Characters: OPEN
Setting: 4th Floor lounge
Format: Anything and everything
Summary: A meeting to put together the pieces all of the characters got during 1369
Warnings: Mention and discussion some of the contents of the visions from 1369, which include disturbing and even gruesome content.
[The problem with having an impatient twelve year-old set up a meeting is that there isn't nearly as much in the way of amenities. Unless someone is able to make or bring any snacks, there's nothing of the sort available, nor any sort of decoration or notice hanging anywhere. All that can be found is the aforementioned twelve year-old standing near the stairs with her arms crossed.
She'll quite cheerfully tell anybody who wanders onto the floor (whether on purpose or accident) what's going on. Even those who missed her network post will be able to find out easily what's happening on this particular floor today.
And after that... well, then the discussion can begin.]

[Oh dear, here's the blonde man. Settle down friends, he needs some time.]
...Th--That's w-what the...the d-d-doctors s-said. I-In my v-vision, I--I m-mean.

[Turning to Rick.]
'Joined'? Did they elaborate as to how?

...Th--They s-s-said...uh...'b-balanced.' They w-wanted to...ah...s-s-separate them, f-for...for r-research, a-and--d-dangerous, but they--th--they d-did a-anyways, I--I-I think. [nervous headscratch] ...S-Sorry, I...c-couldn't h-hear them t-too...too w-well...I d-don't know...
[Gonna stop talking and fall back into the crowd now, hope you don't mind...]

...Yes, I too believe a written description would be best.

[Rick shrinks further away from the circle, head hung in embarrassment and shame which is clearly evident in how his face fluoresces red with blush. He gapes in an attempt to apologize, but the words stick in his throat, leading to further mortification through awkward silence.]
[He is, thankfully, at least somewhat prepared to abide by the group's request; following Diarmuid's advice from the last meeting, the blonde man digs through his pockets and procures a folded pad of paper and a pen, which he uses to hastily scratch down what he heard with shaking hand. The note is shoved in Reno's direction, at which point he promptly removes himself from the group so he can go ease his nerves in a less crowded corner of the lounge.]

[She is a Servant, and she has both seen and performed the operations Assassins specialize in. Yet, the idea of the mutilated bodies of the child she had seen and the children others had seen turns her stomach. Especially when she knows they were done by humans seeking forbidden knowledge.]
[She looks from Enoch to Rick.]
Were you together to listen to the butchers?

[Her thoughts turn back to the children.]
I take it those children are no longer in this world?

*Does "eaten by Ruana" count as "no longer in this world"?*
...Ruana is their only survivor. And possibly Zo, from the sounds of it.

[Though with how much influence Ruana has over their memories, who's to say if that is really the truth?]

[She slowly shakes her head.]
Even so, he should not be so quick to believe that she had created him.

The administrators say they have never left the Tower walls. In the absence of anyone else to birth them, the possibilities of their creators should be limited...
no subject
*He sighs.* They...certainly don't seem all that "balanced" right now. The scales are tipped towards Ruana. But Zo...he may be the only person who could ever get through to her about anything. Or who could even begin to compare to her.

[She grimaces, unpleasant memories coming to the forefront of her mind.]
Failure is harshly punished. There was once another administrator that openly sympathized with us, and eventually outright rebelled against Ruana herself.
She... She consumed him, when he lost.
[To put it politely.]
no subject
Yes...This is what I meant, when I said our hosts were "once five". It's best Zo stay in her good favor as long as he can.
no subject
What responsibilities did this fifth administrator bear? Before he was consumed?
