Is he...still mad at you about everything that happened? Or did you two work things out?

I dunno. I haven't spoken to him since the party. What do you think?

[Diarmuid shakes his head.]

I don't know. That is why I asked. We have talked some...but not much about you. I should ask next time I talk to him. I don't want him blaming you for what happened. Especially, since you and I have worked things out.

Maybe, but don't push him if he's still mad, okay? It's all because he cares about you so much.

[Diarmuid looks down, closing his eyes for a moment.]

But I care greatly about you both. I would rather not have you two angry with each other.

...It's not a good feeling, is it? Knowing people you love are angry at each other?

But don't worry, I bet he'll come around! He's a reasonable guy, after all.

[Diarmuid sighs.]

He's reasonable, but he also has a very large blind spot when it comes to me. I should probably talk to him. In the end, all he will probably do is call me an idiot for worrying when I didn't need to.

Hey, he calls everyone idiots regardless of what he's feeling. It's like his catchphrase or something.

[A soft laugh slips from Diarmuid's mouth.]

That's true, though I think he means it a little differently with me. But then again, maybe not...

He probably does. If he thinks you're an idiot, I don't wanna know what he thinks about me.

[Diarmuid raises an eyebrow at his brother.]

[He makes a face at Diarmuid.]

[Diarmuid reaches out to ruffle his brother's hair.]

I would really rather you argue with me then.

[He laughs softly at the hair ruffling. Unlike Diarmuid, he has no ears to perk up or tail to wag.]

Just you wait. I'll find something.

[At this point, he throws a look behind him, at the bag of weapons. He really should get back to work...but he's enjoying talking to his brother...]

[Diarmuid catches the look and nods, motioning toward where his brother has been working.]

Yes, we should get back to work, shouldn't we? We can talk more, later. How about when I go get Mac an Chuill? We can even race to the room if you wish...

Yeah, that works. I look forward to it.

[He gives Diarmuid another quick hug.]

[Diarmuid returns the hug and then motions for his brother to return to his work.]
