Well Romeo's didn't and he will share! [Open]

Characters: Romeo and everyone!
Setting: Floor fifteen
Format: Starting in prose but I'll match you!
Summary: Romeo got a puppet theatre for his reward, but it is not much good without puppets!
Warnings: Hopefully none! But will add if there are!

Romeo struggled down to the workshop carrying his puppet theatre. Well truthfuly it wasn't his, it was doctor Casella's and Bianca's too he guessed since she lived with the doctor. The fact that they had brought it to him proved to him that the world definitly hadn't ended, though he hoped that they hadn't hurt Doctor Casella or Bianca when they had taken it.

He felt a little guilty that it was here now and not with Bianca, but he had also noticed that a lot of people's rewards were not very nice things at all. Lots of people were upset, and the bad people were still hurting them.

So Romeo thought he could share his reward with everyone, if he found some of his friends they could put on a show to chear everyone else up. But the puppet theatre didn't have any scenery with it, nor did it have puppets. So he was on his way to go make some.

He leant the theatre against the wall and began to hunt for supplies.

[He steps over to Romeo and grabs his hand to correct his grip] You nevver used scissors before?

Yes! He could talk to them like he was telling a story! [He blinks as his grip was corrected, that made it easier!] Scissors?

[He shook his head] Is that what they are called? [They looked a little bit like the things mrs Rossi had used to cut Anzelmo's hair with, but he hadn't known what they were called and hadn't asked because he would have gotten into trouble.]

Yeah, because basically that's wwhat he'd be doing.

[Romeo pulled a face at him] Of course I have, I just didn't know that was what they were called. [He struggled in cutting the material, though the new grip made it easier.]

My worlds not backwards, it's got loads of great stuff!

Like wwhat? [He stands up the ship, considering it for a moment, then starts hanging the sails on]

Like steam trains! [Steam trains are the coolest thing ever okay] They go so fast!

[Romeo nods happily] Well they are made of metal and stuff as well, but steam makes them go!

Wwoww. I'vve nevver thought a that possibility.

[Romeo grinned] They go really fast, I never been on one but my friend did! [He has managed to cut out the rough outline of what is meant to be a whale.]

[He pulls out some paint and starts to decorate the ship] Wwhat about gas powwer, though? Is it faster than that?

[A confused look] What's gas power?

Uh, not sure howw it wworks, exactly, but you take this oil an' burn it, and that makes engines run.

I never heard of that before! Maybe we don't have it...

Sounds like you don't. Your society does sound pretty primativve. I doubt steam powwer wwould surpass somethin' like wwhat wwe'vve got.

Primativve and filled wwith ignorant people. [He is painting quickly, adding port holes and a bit of decoration in a shakey hand]

We're not primative or ignorent! You never went there so you don't know what it's like at all! [He is now sewing the fabric together to make a shark puppet, his stitches are large and clumsy.]

You're just sayin' that because you don't knoww any better. [He stands up the boat and takes a look at it, then starts to fit on a stand at the bottom so it'll stay up on its own] Wwhat do you think?

[Romeo pulled a face, because Eridan was being mean again but then his eyes light up at the boat, his annoyance forgotten.] That's so good Eridan! You're really really talented! [He held up his shark, it was sewed now but still needed eyes and teeth]

[Really? He looks doubtfully at his ship, which is a little wobbly and amateurish to his eyes, but brightens] Wwell, a course it's not perfect, but it's a wwork in progress. Wwhat's yours supposed to be?

I like it! [He holds out the whale, which is a whale and not a shark like previously mentioned, it probably looks more like a shark than a whale though, he's seen neither in real life so...]

It's a whale! I only ever saw a picture of one but I think this is right!

[Doubtful. Look.] Wwell now look here, you'vve got the fins all wwrong. [He takes it from him, and points out all the flaws, from the flukes being too big relative to body size to the way the tail is vertical instead of horizontally situated]

[He frowns but it's not an angry frown this time, because Romeo knows there is lots he doesn't know.] Have you see lots of whales then?

Lots and lots. Wwhere I livve there are wwhales all the time, as they movve through their migrations.
