Characters: Anybody that wishes to go to the Ragnarok meeting
Date: Jan 20th, Morning
Setting: Hidden Floor
Format: Either or.
Summary: It's time to regroup, establish new ties, and form a plan
Warning: TBA, but check comment headings just in case!
It may have been word of mouth. It could have been one of the many notes Reno left on doors or on beds (and in some cases, foreheads) of those he knew to be members or trusted. Or it could have been just as simple as a friend grabbing another for a 'walk.' The notes read, "Meeting. Morning, Jan 20th." There is no location, or any hint of any; Reno suspects most people will get the idea to go there, simply because it wasn't mentioned. It isn't supposed to exist, after all.

Thanks for coming, everyone.
I see some new faces, so I'll explain why we're here. Me and my team make up the resistance called "Ragnarok." We've been recruiting for several months now, putting in place a community support network and acting in times of crisis. [Small smile.] Which come several times a month. So... we're here to discuss new and old business and establish some protocols.
First off... [He shifts uneasily on his feet for once.] I've been thinking about a lot of things lately, and it's important to have somethin' to fight for. Problem was, what do we fight for?
I thought about Change, but it didn't make sense. Things change here all the time, most of it for the bad, some for the good, but it doesn't really help. Thought about Freedom, too, and it didn't really make as much sense either. Some of us want to go home. Some of us feel like we don't have anything left at home. Some have made families and friends here. [He's looking at Elena and Shion when he says this.] And want to stay, make this a better place to live.
They're good concepts, and good things to fight for... but none of 'em really encompass things we can all get behind. I think I have an answer to what.
Choice. Choice is something... we don't have much of. We don't get a choice who we live with. We don't get a choice what we eat, breath, when we sleep. We don't have a choice to leave or stay. We don't have a choice to live or die. And as ironic as it sounds, we might not have a choice to fight for it.
Putting that aside, it's time to start working together. I don't really give a crap if you want to go home or stay, or what, and I'm tired of hearin' all the fighting over what happened last June that keeps coming up. Let it go; in the past, not going to help us now. We know we can hurt 'em now. Jason ran with his tail between his legs last month. We plan carefully, we can work this out.
That said, we're not goin' to be idle in the off times. The efforts we built up were useful last month, eased a lot of strain during the emergency. I'm posting mission assignments that we're working on up here, if you want to sign up come see me or add your name to the list. There's no quota to meet, but try to work out what you can. We're understaffed for some of the things we can use here.
Next up is emergency protocol. Considering that lot of the time the emergencies come up sudden and unexpected, I've established meeting places on important floors; Cafeteria, Dorm One, Floor Thirty-Eight, the Kitchen. If you can't get to any of the above, try to get to the nearest elevator stop floor and assess the situation. If you can't find any other team members, unless it's too dangerous, stay on the elevator stop floors anyway. Several of us have teleportation magic, and we may be able to come get you.
Last of all, I'm askin' anyone and everyone that has information to come and share it. I understand the value of secrecy, especially in the Tower, but it's time to stop now that we got a place of our own. Coming to the board and putting it all together might help us get to a solid plan on fixing our worlds and winning against the administrators.
