normal life
Characters: Veronica and open!
Setting: Dorm floors, 90, 74, and 39
Format: Anything!
Summary: Veronica's going about her business.
Warnings: Usual tower things
Dorms
[How long had it been since they plugged themselves into that machine and ended up in that... place? What could it even be called anything other than that?
It didn't matter regardless, she had gotten out of it unscathed. Well, moderately unscathed. Her strength had been returning quite slowly. It bothered her to no end, but that's how it is sometimes.
She poked her head out through her room's door, eyeing the hallways beyond. Slowly, the bodyguard stepped out, dressed in different attire than usual, though minus the gas mask. She might as well do some patrolling, since Rick was more than likely feeling weak. And this'll be a good chance to try her new outfit.]
Floor 90
[This floor was one that Veronica frequented for a few reasons. She'd found this floor the first time she arrived and, despite the mermaid monsters, she found it to be quite pleasant.
So she sat on the sand, watching the water slowly go towards and away from the sand.
And then she disappears. As in, she blinks out of existence. She'll be back in a minute though.]
Floor 74
[This wasn't a floor that Veronica went to very often, but she was feeling adventurous despite her weakened state. Still dressed in her new suit, blades at the ready, she made her way through the shimmering caverns, her eyes adjusting to the dark quite easily.
Of course, there were creepers everywhere now. And one exploded behind her.
she can handle this of course.]
Floor 39
[Veronica's going to be at the gym for a while, using the workout equipment that hasn't already been destroyed to try and build some muscle. Even if she was feeling weaker, that didn't mean she should sit around and do nothing.]

Floor 74 in comes the cav
Not that he found them all too difficult to deal with. Just shoot them and they go down like anything else. It was when they got too close that was annoying.
Then there was Veronica, wandering around despite her current state, and getting caught in an explosion. Seriously girl? He was going to cast a barrier of blood around her to help give her some protection from the blast at least, from the his position in the shadows. She needs to learn o take care of herself.]
her hero
And even in her current state, Veronica could still handle herself in a sense. She immediately gets to her feet and draws a blade, slicing through the nearest creeper and kicking it back so its explosion would hit something other than her.]
No need for applause
Again, he doubted she needed it, but you never know. Not when there were creepers abound.]
good because there wont be any
These things do tend to work themselves out though. With the fighting prowess of Veronica, added with Mitchell's shield, plus the constantly exploding creepers, it's not long before there's only a few creepers left that scramble away without any real direction. Good job team, A plus effort.]
exactly how it should be :p
And with most of the creepers gone and dealt with Mitchell is left wondering where all of the gunpowder went off to. But if they didn't drop anything useful then the next course of action for him to take would also be one of the most logical. Attempt to sneak away without being spotted. Most of everyone here doesn't know exactly what he can do, having only demonstrated such things to a very very select few.]
no subject
[Welp, guess the whole sneaking off thing doesn't work very well around other sneaky people.]
I know you're there.
no subject
No I'm not.
no subject
Yeah. Y-you are. You're s-standing r-right there.
no subject
I am only here in spirit.
no subject
Of course y-you are. [Should she even argue. Taking a moment, she brushed off her suit.]
The suit works, just to let you know. Fits like a glove.
no subject
Well of course it does, I'm the one who made it after all. [Just using that, duh, kind of tone.]
no subject
[There, she says it. Happy.]
And, I g-guess that s-shield was yours, w-wasn't it?
no subject
[He might be smug right now.]
Shield?
[He tilted his head in confusion. But yes, it was his.]
no subject
[Sorry. Smug you say?]
Yeah, t-the s-shield. Don't even l-lie that it w-wasn't you.
no subject
[More smug than a cat.]
I really don't know what you're talking about.
no subject
Well, if you d-don't know w-what I'm talking about... h-how am I s-supposed to thank you?
no subject
For what?
no subject
[Taking a step forward, eyes trained on him in the dark.]
no subject
How are you supposed to thank me if I didn't do anything?
no subject
[Does he want to miss out on his prize?]
no subject
[He likes him some prizes.]
no subject
[Standing right in front of him now, looking up at him with curious eyes.]
no subject
[His head tilted a little in thought. It wasn't important, and he wouldn't get any experience points from it.]
no subject
[No idea what he's getting at, but whatever.]
no subject
[It's probably for the best that she doesn't.]
