Oh, are you now? Well...that could work...

[Diarmuid sits down in his cell, facing the way the boy's voice is coming form. When he speaks again, his voice is full of conviction.]

We will find something. This is not how it is going to end. If nothing else, Zo and Aria are still out there. They won't abandon us like this.

[While he's not quite as convinced as Diarmuid... welp.]

Even if they can't do anything, we'll figure it out.

We will. Just look at all the other stuff we have figured out. This is nothing. The collar fluid was worse than this.

[Diarmuid tries to put as much confidence into his words as he can, since he can tell Ken is worried. Much like with Xion and Shion, he really wishes he could give Ken a hug, but he can't. Right now, words are all he has.]

Besides, this isn't a very interesting way to end a game. You know Ruana. I can't imaging her letting things end like this...

Yeah. ... But we'll convince her that playtime's over.

[... Shut up he heard it in a movie.]

[Fortunately for Ken, movies are not something Diarmuid has a lot of knowledge on, and so he doesn't pick up on the reference. Instead, he just nods in agreement.]

You are exactly right. It's time for this game to end.

[And, for once, they are going to be the winners.]
