When everyone is assembled, Zo opens up a portal--rather, he rips into space violently, as if doing anything less will cause it to snap back shut again. The way the portal quivers and shakes at the edges, it really might. He'll hurry everyone through--and they'll all step into a bedroom. The bed in the center is decorated in pink, with a large canopy and curtains surrounding the bed itself. The curtains are closed. It's silent, but the pressure is so thick in the air it's a living thing all its own. It's completely silent.

[Aqua silently heeds Zelda's direction, waiting a moment to see what results the light volleys yield.

She's not expecting Ruana to go after Luke, but she reacts quickly, jumping and bringing a strong Aeroga spell to life underneath Luke. It's strong enough to propel him into the air out of the way of the spikes. She snatches him out of the air so that he doesn't fall back down onto the spikes, landing easily with another gust of wind to break their fall.]

[Ven followed up right where Aqua left off-- once Luke was out of the way of the spikes, he rushed forward in almost a blink of the eye, swinging his keyblade forward and up towards Ruana. Nothing too powerful behind it, but he figured it was enough to grab her attention; running around and being a distraction was definitely something he could do.]

I volunteer to kick your butt!

[A wall of film surges up between Ven and Ruana to block his strike. A distortion of her can be seen through the film, smiling with manic glee.]

If you can! [Moving again--or rather, continuing its initial movement--the shield twists and extends in tendrils that shoot out towards Ven, while much of their length still protects Ruana.]

[Trusting Ven to get out of the way, Arturia attempts to move behind the film to strike her with Caliburn. She knows she likely won't make the hit, but the point is to keep her busy and distracted so Zo can do his work.

If she manages to land a hit, then so be it!]

[She is really getting tired of those glamour tendrils. But far be it for her not to follow her own command.

Zelda stays at range as the other two blondes rush in - they're fast enough, she knows (they have to be) - moving once again to Ruana's flank and firing another volley of light magic at the administrator. It's still kept relatively weak, however, so as to not seriously harm her comrades should it be redirected as well as conserving her energy for the later stages of this inevitably long and drawn out battle.]

[Everyone is sick of these glamour tendrils they are such BULLSHIT.

Mostly at this point, Asch keeps himself moving - fonic artes are slower than the magic the other mages are tossing around, and they require him to remain still, so for now he'll save them.

Delay and keep moving and don't get caught by anything - harder than it sounds with those tendrils of film filling the room.]

[Luke probably could've dodged the spikes. Maybe. He was about to try getting out of the way when Ruana appeared right in front of him, only to be saved by the Aeroga spell--and Aqua.]

I-I...uh...I'm good now, th-thanks...

[He's not rushing in to attack Ruana, even though he's better suited for it--he's not a ranged fighter by any means, unless he throws something, but there's too high of a chance of getting hit by someone or someone's magic, so he's staying at mid-range for now, moving to avoid any more potential spikes and the film tendrils.]

[The tendrils move more like a liquid than anything else--they curl back on themselves to push Caliburn away and flatten out in ripples to swallow up the magic. Of course, using them so defensively means the tendrils pull in closer--those remaining in long range are momentarily out of her reach.]
