Format: Action is vastly preferred, but I'll prose if you want. Just be warned - prose tags take me a lot longer.
Summary: Yosuke arrives! Derping ensues.

Room 2-14

[Yosuke's never been quick to wake up - unless it's someone waking him up in the middle of class. Laying in bed an extra few minutes is normal. What's not normal is the bed, the room, or anything about this place. And then panic ensues! What we end up with is one Yosuke trying his best to keep calm as he takes in these strange surroundings in a slight panic]

What the hell?! Who's idea of a joke is this!

Floor 14

[Yosuke - now dressed in his usual threads, headphones around his neck, has found his way to the entertainment room. He doesn't feel particularly jolly though, and rather than enjoy the entertainment he's sprawled on a couch, looking up and contemplating the last few hours of his life]

[He sweeps a hand in front of him]

[She lifts the evoker to her head and pulls the trigger, energy splattering from the other side of her head much like an exit wound, as a large persona (http://images.wikia.com/megamitensei/images/9/9c/Kikuri-hime.jpg) appears above her.]

This is Kikuri-hime.

[He'd be lying if he said he wasn't unnerved seeing her put a gun to her head - but what follows? That's familiar]

[Eerily, scarily, creepily familiar]

[But he shakes it off and gets to his feet. Without his blades in hand, he'll have to take a page from Souji's book. And so as that blue glow spreads and his card descends, he simply grabs it in hand and crushes it]

[Hey look, a second persona!]

And mine is Susano-o.

[Kikuri-hime disappears, and Minako reholsters her evoker.]

What was the name of the goddess you fought?

[Susano-o vanishes as well, and Yosuke doesn't even know what to think anymore]

Izanami. Her name was Izanami.

We fought Nyx, an omnipotent near-invincible goddess who's the bringer of the end.

Or was, at least.

[So, different goddesses, same concepts. What in the world...]

I thought the shadows would've been gone after Nyx went away....

[She frowns, deep in thought.]

Well, they weren't in our world, they were only in the TV world. What we stopped was that world from spilling over and swallowing ours.

What exactly was the TV world, do you know?

You know, I'm not entirely sure. It... well, there's a lot to explain. You have time?

Even if I did, this is way more important.

[He smiles and takes a seat back on the bed]

The TV world was foggy as hell. That was the main thing spilling over - when it was foggy in Inaba, it meant the fog lifted in the other world. As for the world itself, it... well, it changed.

Parts of it were constant, but when someone would get thrown in, part of the world would change based around their thoughts and desires. [He's hesitant to talk too much about it, but the best way is by examples, so...] Like, a friend of mine felt trapped in Inaba, so in the TV world the area around her became the 'castle' she felt like she was trapped in.

[She sits back down next to him, legs crossed and hands folded in her lap.

Minako nods as he talks, absorbing the information carefully.]

So, it changed depending on human desires and feelings...

[He nods in agreement before continuing]

Aside from that, the place was crawling with shadows. Tons and tons of the regular ones, but they weren't the worst.

[He hesitates again, but resolves to at least give her the general basics]

The worst ones were the ones that came from the people forced into the world.

Shadows created from people?

[Personas, certainly... but shadows?]

[He shifts uncomfortably, because awkward topic is awkward. But he thinks he can explain without saying too much]

Yeah. From people.

While you're in there, you can make a shadow appear. It looks just like you, and it knows all about you - every dirty little secret, every dark thing you've tried to keep hidden, even the stuff you won't admit to yourself. And it starts talking, it says it all.

If you can accept it as part of you, it becomes your persona. If you can't... well, it goes crazy and turns into a giant monster that tries to kill you and everyone around.
