Characters: Mindfang, open to all
Setting: Around the tower
Format: Starting with action will follow with whatever's picked
Summary: Mindfang wakes up and flips some shit
Warnings: Shit being flipped. Violence. Will be edited if need be.
Dorm 1-15
[Even as she stirs, sleep paralysis clinging to her Mindfang doesn't freak. She doesn't allow herself to, doing that will only bring satisfaction to her captors, she's sure of it. Instead she waits, reaching out with her mind while she tests her body, waiting for it's response. And even when she does feel her muscles twitch and she finds herself able to sit up she doesn't rush, movements lazy as if she has not a fear in the world. The collar around her throat? An innconvience yes, but she knows she'll get it off with ease.
That doesn't mean she'll take this lying down though. If either of her room-mates are in the room as she wakes they'll find themselves grabbed by a rather tall troll, one eye a brilliant red, one arm completely robotic and her stare fierce even as her tone stays calm and controlled]
Where am I? Explain, now.
Throughout the tower
[Having changed out of that skintight white suit into one of her changes of clothes Mindfang swaggers her way through the tower, her seeing eye focused and all her senses on alert. She won't let anyone surprise her, and if they even try... well, she'll enjoy a good fight, and she's more than prepared, with a thin sword strapped to her side and her dice on her person.
Scratches of blue line her throat where nails have broken through her skin in her attempts to pull her collar off, a fight she only gave up because of her need to find out more about this place. She'll best the thing, and once she does, she'll find those that put it on her and tear them apart. The audacity, thinking they could collar the great Marquise as if she was nothing but a lowblood slave.
She'll show them. Once she finds them]

Letters? [She hadn't even looked at the paper next to her bed, so she hasn't a clue what Naminé means. But it doesn't matter, Mindfang's attention caught at the mention of monsters] Tell me more about the creatures, as well as those who think they can control me. Us.
no subject
[Hesitantly, she nods. So, she takes it Mindfang hasn't read them-- only there's no time to think too much about that, because the other subject is more pressing.] At first it was just ghosts, and the monsters were only in the forest, but lately there have been monsters from lots of different worlds all over most of the tower. [Too many to describe in detail, especially since she's been avoiding them like the plague.] They aren't usually out during the day, but there are more of them at night. No one's really sure who it is that controls the tower, but there are some people that seem to work for it. Most of them are... strange. They seem almost-- empty.
no subject
Silently she listens to the rest if the girl's information, nodding carefully] And what have you done to fight these empty people? A rebellion? Bartering? What weakness have they shown?
no subject
[Ah, so perhaps Mindfang is another of those who would fight.] They-- it's hard to speak to them. They don't respond to much. There are normal people in the tower who have said that they want to fight, but it's not easy. Whoever's controlling the tower knows how to control people, too. No one's sure how far it can go, but they-- they've even made people try to hurt their friends.
no subject
Better to be alive and alone than dead after all.] That method of control won't last long at all. They'll be a rebellion soon.
no subject
She decides against asking how Mindfang knows that and how sure she is.]... I haven't seen it, but they say that the tower can just-- knock people out, if it wants to. [So if there is, it won't be an easy one.] They say that the collars can explode, too, if you try to get them off.
no subject
And what about the other captives... tell me, are they all like you, or...? Just this last question and you may go.
no subject
... No. There are trolls like you here, too - and a few other things, but mostly it's trolls and humans.
no subject
What kind of trolls? Names, blood colours, signs?
no subject
[She's... not so certain she wants to go naming off everyone. She's at least vaguely aware that some of them might not be as well-received by others of their kind as she'd hope.] Well... I don't know much about their blood colors. [She doesn't exactly ask, and she doesn't want to immediately assume they type in that color.] I do know there's at least one blue-blood, and a purple-blood. [She pauses, but in the end decides to offer the warning she often gives to trolls; she's been made aware of certain... unpleasant qualities belonging to the Condesce that make it seem appropriate.] ... As well as Her Imperial Condescension.

[The information about the empress makes her raise an eyebrow, before shrugging] My my, they must be proud and think highly of themselves if they're trying to trap her here...
no subject
... Kind of in the middle, I think.
[What does cerulean count as--]
I... guess so. So far, they seem to be succeeding. [She hasn't heard anything about the Condesce escaping.]
no subject
Darker than this or the same.
[Seems entirely unconcerned and for a good reason, her blood already starting to clot]
So she is stuck... interesting.
no subject
I... think it might be the same.
[Her eyes flicker between Mindfang's face and the wound. Well, the woman seems okay with it, anyway.]
[Uncertain how to respond to that last bit, she just nods.]
no subject
The same... And the sign, was it...
[Pauses before using her finger and her blood to draw an ♏ on the paper before holding it up to Naminé.
This is more important than the Empress, yes.] Did it look like this.
