Summary: Party with the Inazuma cast
Warnings: Adorable sibling fluff and also penguin fluff and other cute stuff you'll die

{Kidou decided when he woke up today that he had given Sakuma long enough to calm down over the events that had happened upon Genda arriving. He had a plan, a plan to get Sakuma to forgive Genda or at least talk to him again.

After getting changed, he notices Sakuma still asleep and walks over, crouching down so he can be face-to-face with him and gently shaking his shoulder]

Sakuma, wake up.

[And with that he lifts the penguin out of his lap again and still holding onto it, stands up.]

Okay. Let's put him back then.

[whatpenguin]

[He nods, and hops over the divider so he can take it and put it back - when Sakuma's ready to hand it over, anyway.]

... It's nice that you actually want to do this with me.
I don't think I would have wanted to alone.

[Sakuma holds out the penguin to Genda, even though he's a little sad to see it go. But he's glad that Genda actually wanted to do something with him. Honestly, he doesn't mind spending time with the other boy and besides, he wanted to make up for what a jerk he'd been.]

[whatpenguin]

[He takes the penguin carefully, and pokes its beak into the water - letting it dive in and swim away on its own to go join its friends.]

We can come visit him again later - I'm sure he'll remember us and will want to say hello!

Animals are neat that way.

[Again he hops the divider, moving to put his jacket and shoes back on now that he's done diving back and forth through the water.]

Where do you think we should look? You've been here longer than I have, after all.

Only by about a week. [But he considers none the less.] There's a forest. Maybe there are more animals in there. I'm not sure though, I haven't really checked it out.

[whatpenguin]

That sounds like a good place to start to me.

[Let's go check the forest, Sakuma!! C:]

Okay then. Let's go.

[He turns to lead Genda towards the stairs. Thankfully it's only a few floors down.]

[whatpenguin]

[And he'll follow along! Which you can timeskip if you want, ahahaha, I'm bad at timeskips.]

[After trekking down several flights of stairs, eventually the reach the floor that houses the forest. Thanks to the power being out, it's a lot spookier than usual. ...Not that it wasn't before or anything.

Sakuma stands just on the edge of it as he waits for Genda.]

[whatpenguin]

[He's right here, as always! And he looks up at the forest, in wonder.

... Spooky.]

It's much darker than I thought it would be.

[kickspenguins]

Well, it's an indoor forest and there's no power.

[He shrugs as if it's obvious. Not expecting anything to be wrong, he steps inside the forest. The aquarium had turned out to be normal so why not the forest?]

[whatpenguin]

I guess so.

[And he follows after Sakuma, looking behind him at the staircase. It's making him a little uneasy.]

... It's still a little bit spooky.

[kickspenguins]

[That makes Sakuma smirk a little as he turns to face Genda.]

Are you scared?

[But with his back to the forest he doesn't notice a shadow move behind him.]

[whatpenguin]

[Genda notices it though, and he shakes his head a bit, frowning.]

N-no! Being scared of something like this would be stupid!
It's just a forest. If there's animals here, it's probably just birds and deer.

[Which is mostly true. He just doesn't know what kind of birds and deer...]

[kickspenguins]

Really? You seem pretty scared to me.

[Don't worry Genda, he's just teasing.]

[whatpenguin]

[That gets a huff.]

I'm not scared at all. I'll show you - this place isn't scary at all.

[Yeah, but it's hurting his pride. >8( So he sulks off ahead, hands clenched in fists at his side.
He'll show you this place isn't scary - all those shadows were probably just frightened deer, running away from them!!]

Okay, let's go in then if you're not scared.

[He's still grinning as he turns around to head deeper into the forest but he doesn't even take a step forward when something shoots out of the darkness towards him.]

[whatpenguin]

Sakuma!

[Ooooh no, Mr. Shadow or whatever the hell you are, you do not mess with Genda's friends.
He grabs onto Sakuma's arms then, attempting to... yeah. Pull him away!! That's a perfect and useful plan, isn't it?]

[kickspenguins]

[Genda suddenly grabbing his arm and pulling him makes Sakuma give a yell in surprise but whatever had jumped at him has a mouthful of his hair and it makes him tumble to the forest floor. The resulted tug-of-war makes Sakuma yell again.]

Ow! Genda, stop!

[whatpenguin]

[Oh, damnit. Genda lets out a curse under his breath, scrambling for something to use to get Sakuma away from that... thing - and finds a sharp rock on the forest floor.
As far as he's concerned, that's perfect.

He dashes then, and with a quick, strong swing shears through Sakuma's hair, and manages to pull him away - chucking the rock at whatever it was afterwards, of course.
Which luckily seems to ward it away fully.]

Come on, Sakuma - we should get out of here!

[Or you'll probably lose more than your hair next time...]

[kickspenguins]

[He doesn't need to be told twice and he's immediately scrambling towards the staircase. Only when they reach the next floor did he stop. Sakuma drops to his knees, breathing heavily. Suffice to say, he's thoroughly shaken by their encounter.]

W-what was that?

[whatpenguin]

... A monster. Or something.

[He leans against the wall, panting a bit, and shakes his head. He should've known.]

... Someone told me there are... monsters here. In this tower.
I'm sorry. It's my fault we rushed ahead like that.

[kickspenguins]

No, it was me. I took us there.

[Sakuma's still sitting there, shaking a little. Then, very hesitatingly, he reaches up and touches his haphazardly cut hair and furrows his brows.]

[whatpenguin]

... At least let me apologize for that.
There was probably a better way to get you out of that...

[He kneels then, looking at the damage he caused. ... It looks pretty bad, but that's what happens when you use a rock.]

... We could probably have Otonashi-san clean it up, right?

[kickspenguins]

..It's fine.

[He's disappointed, of course. It took a long time for his hair to reach that length.]

That saved me, anyway. You shouldn't feel bad.
