_{[Compared to vast amounts of people in Jason's pod, Sayaka looks damned unscathed - if you peer at the crown of her head, though, you'd see the hair parted strangely - and a glint of a sickly light green gem, lodged half into her head.

Sayaka's very deliberately not paying her own state any mind, slipping to the side of people she knows who she hadn't spoken with yet - white band, black band, a red she'd missed within their pod - even if you've only talked tangentially, Sayaka may approach you.

She would really like to know if you're okay, or if you're okay, with a venomous side glance up to the admins' platform.]}

[Black band it is - Kuja guesses his simple offer of nail polish has gone a long way. Or maybe it was their conversation, telling her she's not a zombie? Either way, Kuja can tell the change right away, Sayaka's soul lodged in her head. It's still weird...]

[Yep, pretty obvious. Kuja sighs and rolls his eyes, crossing his arms in annoyance.]

No, the black group with Dax has been on par with the Tower at its normal function. I'm trying to make sure he wins, so it'll stay that way.

_{[..guh. It seems like she'd thought too soon about getting away with her remark. Imperceptibly to the eye, her skull clamped down around the entrenched half of her soul gem. That hurt enough to make her breath come up short. Takes Sayaka some time to regain her previous composure, understandably.]}

... ...Normal tower... yeah, that sounds nice..! Keep at it! You guys already got a 1/3 chance of winning, right? It's nice odds.

_{[Ignoring Jason's group has a 1/3 chance as well, but that's a chance she'd rather spend her energies to minimizing.}

[Kuja waits for Sayaka to recover, wishing he had his white magic so he could offer her some relief.]

Better than some, but I won't let that stop my efforts. How about... if my group wins, I'll owe you a favor. It would be nice to take some time off after this.

_{[Sayaka's stomach drops at the idea of voting for someone in the first place, and she still has little idea how to pinpoint if someone's 'complacent.' Survival she'd already resolved was something she was locked into - from the moment her soul gem had been tampered with.

Something like that. I mean that you should try to keep the most rebellious, to purposely sabotage your pod if you can. If you're not voting, then it doesn't matter either way. You should definitely survive if you can. If we all work together to bring down Jason's points and bring up Dax's, then we can all be victorious in the end. I don't know what Jason's up to, but please believe I believe in you.

[He does, but only in that he believes in her tenacity. Her sarcasm is a good sign, that she hasn't lost her will or fight. Otherwise? He doesn't care too much about her, personally.]

_{[It's tentative and slow to form, but to that - Sayaka really smiles for the first time in one very long week. She gives Kuja a confident nod, not trusting any words not to turn against her right now.]}
