... I can take more than 'some' hits. Mostly, I am better at not being hit at all.

Though how many depends entirely upon if I am unable to use my magic here or not.

Yeah, that's the million dollar question around here. Who knows if they'll give us a break on that or not.

[but at least she stops rubbing the bridge of her nose] Good to hear about the endurance shit, though. We seem to be swimming in fragile magic types.

I really fucking hope not, because that's all I've ever run into here and at home. At this rate they're going to put me off sparkly magical powers for the rest of my life.

[she's obviously kidding with that, considering her grin]

I must tell you, then, that the best magic-wielder I know is a very gifted fighter in her own right, and just because a lot of light or sparkle may be used with magic does not mean you are frail.

In fact, I would be far more worried about people's state of mind than of their resilience to hits.

Hey, that's good to hear. Before I got my ass dragged off here the only asshole I knew using magic would probably get broken in half by a strong wind.

[and then she shrugs] This place is a hellhole, so I don't really think that testing for sanity's in our best interests at the moment. If they can stay focused and get the job done when we need them then I don't care if they fall to pieces during downtime.

... Some winds can be quite strong, however. They can break even buildings, so even an accomplished mage could have trouble with nature.

Well, considering that the wind I was thinking of was more of a gentle breeze and he's not even close to an accomplished mage I think that the point doesn't really stand.
