The Laziest Diety
Characters: chaos and you!
Setting: All around the Tower, as chaos wanders around and learns about this place.
Format: Prose or action. I can go with either.
Summary: chaos wakes up and tries to learn about this new place.
Warnings: None that I can think of for the moment.
Dorm Room 3-06 and the surrounding floor:
chaos woke up with a yawn and rubbed his eyes. He liked to sleep, but he didn't think he'd pass out immediately after saving-chaos's train of thought was interrupted as he sat up and took in his surroundings. This was not the bottom of the Elsa. And he had an odd collar on his neck. However, he didn't panic. There had to be an explanation for this, even if it was weird that he passed out without realizing it and had a collar on his neck. He got up and noticed two letters on his nightstand. He read them both, and while one detailed the layout and some of the things in this place, the other letter had to be lying. If the Lower Domain was destroyed, than he'd be destroyed along with it. Since he was alive, this note was a lie.
Noticing a chest at the bottom of his bed, chaos opened it. Inside was a bodysuit, some gloves, a Bunnie plush, a notebook, a box of curry mix, and..Alice In Wonderland. Despite the situation, chaos smiled. It had been quite a long time since he'd seen a book. Since his dorm room was empty, chaos wandered out, wondering if he'd see the Elsa crew soon, or someone familiar. He'd also need to eat something-which he technically didn't have to eat, it was an enjoyable experience-and find out more about this place.
Cafeteria:
When chaos wandered into the cafeteria and sat down, a person wearing a red collar put a bowl of oatmeal in front of him before wandering off. chaos could tell that the person wasn't human and guessed that it was a robot or a Realian of sorts. People that were like him usually stayed and talked. While the oatmeal wasn't that tasty, chaos had eaten worse in his long lifetime. Besides, human or not, it would be a little rude to not to eat it when it was offered.
Library (Third Floor):
While chaos was a little sad to see that the history sections had been pulled, he was happy to see that there were so many books. It was a welcome sight after so long. However, as chaos looked through the shelves, he wondered who had pulled them. Who was controlling this tower? That's what chaos thought this place was, from the looks of things.

Why are you inquiring so?!
[ He scoffs in annoyance. ]
Perhaps I simply don't believe sleep to be that necessary. It has nothing to do with this horrid Tower or the dreams or anything!
I'm just--
[ Gaining some of his self-control back, Haldir prays that this awkward conversation ends soon. ]
...I don't feel comfortable here, therefore I don't sleep often.

Sleep is necessary for all living things, human or not. And how is this Tower horrible? [chaos didn't know much about the people running the Tower. While they had to be pretty strong and were liars, he wasn't sure how they were bad. He didn't have much information to go on.]
[chaos nods at the last sentence.] While this Tower may not be the best place, I'm sure it will become more uncomfortable if you force yourself not to rest. Perhaps you should sleep on a floor that is a tad more comfortable for you, or one that reminds you of home.

Nothing.
...Nothing except that quiet little meadow with all the pretty flowers, of course. ]
I see the reason in your suggestion, but you know nothing of the plight that we face. The Administrators are famed liars, each more devious than the next. It was due to their exploits that I forsook rest out of fear.

[He then gives a small smile.] I have dealt with many liars. It's usually the actions born from lying that hurt. So, what sort of actions caused you to lose sleep for a week?
[chaos then paused for a moment.] And while the cruelest actions may have been done to you and your friends, losing sleep is only going to make those actions all the more intolerable.

Sharing a strong affinity with wisdom and logic, Gandalf is perhaps one of the few individuals that Haldir respected in this Tower. While this nameless boy couldn't be hardly compared to the famous sorcerer, the elf almost feels the need to show some respect while speaking with chaos. ]
I cannot argue against the truth, but my dreams are more likened to nightmares as of late. You see, the last cruel jest they've tossed upon us caused the deaths of many. Friends and acquaintances alike died by the Administrators hands, many of which were just mere children.
[ Briefly recalling the last few moments he spent with Taiki before the boy died, Haldir couldn't help but seem a tad morose now. ]
I do not think I bear to see such carnage again, but I know it shall soon come.

Actions like that go beyond pure jesting. Those are cruel schemes that need to be thwarted. No one, especially children, should suffer things like that.
However..if the Administrators decide to hatch another scheme, and you are not able to help due to a lack of sleep, then you won't be able to save your friends or children.
Rest..and then plan a strategy to thwart their schemes.

You are...most wise. I cannot defeat such foes if I can barely stand upright.

That is true. However, thankfully, this problem is easily fixed. Just lie down and get a few hours of rest. And don't worry about the nightmares. They'll go away.
[Having come to the elf's dorm room, chaos opened the door for him.]
no subject
How can you be so certain of that?
[ He asks before walking inside. As usual, his roommates have taken their leave and left him with some peace and quiet. Never in all his days had that bed ever looked so appealing to him. Haldir all but throws himself on to the bed, sparring very little time to toss off his cloak. ]
You speak as boldly as you act, child.

[chaos, not wanting to elaborate, said nothing more on how he knew. After all, if he told, he'd have to explain everything. Even here, in this Tower, chaos was not going to do that. However, he did let go of the elf before he threw himself on the bed.]
And I'm not a child. I told you: my name is chaos.
