Characters: AU!Ishimaru Kiyotaka and YOU!
Setting: room 4-18, dormitories, and the library
Format: action prefered but I can match what I'm given!
Summary: Ishimaru investigates his new surroundings and leaves an ominous note for his OU counterpart
Warnings: This Ishimaru is kind of a general walking warning label
Room 4-18, morning
[What confuses Ishimaru the most upon waking is less being in an unfamiliar place and more that he's even awake at all. He dimly recalls dying... perhaps this place was hell? When he's able to move, he gets up, surveying the room as well as himself. Spotting the letters, he skims over both. If what they say is true, perhaps he isn't dead after all? Regardless, he is dissatisfied with the jumpsuit he's currently wearing, he investigates the trunk at the foot of his bed, finding, to his relief, his usual uniform. He changes immediately, though he pauses before choosing the disciplinary committee armband rather than the "despair" one. Might was well play it safe at this point before he can investigate further. Which, after sliding his sword through his belt, and grabbing the spiral bound notebook, both found in his chest, is exactly what he sets out to do.]
Dormitories, particularly outside Room 2-04
[He starts with the immediate vicinity, walking up and down the halls of the dorms in an orderly, almost patrol-like fashion, glancing at the names printed on the doors... He spots quite a few familiar names... including a few that should have been dead long ago. He doesn't bother them yet, but he does jot down their name, roommates, and room numbers in his notebook. Even more concerning is when he reaches a door bearing his own name. Two doors down from Oowada, even. The room assignments seemed random but... Could it actually be Mukuro? He was dead, but so was Maizono and Fujisaki, and he'd seen their names on other doors as well.
He stands there for a good minute, considering his course of action. No one else would have reason to impersonate him, would they? Even so, it might be unwise to leave a note addressed as such, he might need Mukuro to stay undercover and one of his roommates might find the note before him. He makes his decision, and slides a piece of paper under the door with the simple message of;
To the one calling himself "Ishimaru Kiyotaka",
One of the residents of room 4-18 would like to speak with you.
Satisfied, he continues on his investigation.]
Library
[This continues until he reaches the library, which he is quite glad to find. Deciding he'd done enough investigation of the tower itself for one day, he allows himself to make a thorough investigation of the library itself, and one could find him with his note in various books for most of the rest of the day.]

Oh! Pretty late for you to be getting up, kyoudai!

The last he'd seen him, Mondo had been delightfully distraught and cursing his name... He seemed clueless to his real identity right now, so he may as well play along. He'd just slid his note under the door, thankfully, so there's nothing to suggest he isn't who Mondo thinks he is. Well. Other than the uniform or the sword but given what he knows of him, he wouldn't be surprised if Mondo didn't notice.]
Ah! I've been up for a while, but I had to clean my room!
no subject
[Well, as far as how Mondo's room would normally be...but it's not like he has enough stuff to make it very messy either way.]

But today there's someone she definitely doesn't recognize there. Especially since she figures she'd remember someone in a uniform like that. Oh well, at least she's in her normal schoolgirl outfit rather than her witch one, so she might as well.. Maybe there'll be some amusement in this.
She grins as she walks up to him. ]
Looking for something..?
no subject
Ishimaru looks up, seeming mildly surprised.]
Ah, not so much looking for something in particular... I was just wondering why there don't seem to be any history books in this library.
no subject
Isn't that much obvious..? You mean you haven't figured it out yourself yet? [ She laughs. Sorry, she just likes taking every single chance to boost her own ego.. ] They don't want people to find out about that, of course!

Library - finally commenting here sob
Oh... hello, Ishimaru-kun.
shhh it's ok
That said, he's not going to just ignore her! That would be rude.]
Maizono-kun! It's lovely to see you again!
slowpokes my way here ;;
[ It's only after a second glance to his direction that she... notices it.
...
There's something off about him. She can't put her finger down on it, but there is... something. Her supposed intuition is going haywire again, isn't it...
For that reason, she won't point it out. Maybe he's just in a good mood today, though people are hardly in a good mood here unless they're sociopaths of the sorts. She'll grant him a smile, just in case. ]
What are you doing? Don't tell me you're studying because of Hei's suggestion?
[ She's referring to this network post. ]

But when he spots the suspicious action, he confronts the guy after Ishimaru dispenses a note under the door.]
What are you doing?

Nothing, don't worry about it! Ah, you don't look so good, Togami-kun, are you unwell?
[His attempt to change the subject might be undermined slightly by his frankly rather odd uniform... But never mind that!]

Library
Good morning! Need help finding anything?
no subject
Ah, I was just looking around! This is my first time here so I was looking around at the sort of books you have.
no subject
Well, we have all sorts of books here..but if you're a new resident, I could tell you everything I know about the Tower. That way, you'll know what you're up against!

Isn't 'kun' usually used for boys?
Normally, yes! Ishimaru uses it for everyone. It's apparently a military convention.
Ah, alright then! Just checking.
Sorry about that! Should have mentioned that was his thing.
Oh, it's fine! Don't worry about it! <3

[Lancer is, again, smoking in the library. It's nice, it's quiet, it's usually isolated, and he didn't risk getting smacked in the face by birds.]

[He looks up from his book at the voice, and instantly frowns at the sight he's confronted with.]

How about NONE OF THE ABOVE
But he doesn't. His own honest nature makes him incredibly naive when it comes to other people, and it's not like notes have led to anything bad happening here so far. Right? At least, not that he knows of. He does wonder who it is in 4-18 who would want to talk to him about anything, though. Looking at the nameplates, none of them seem familiar.
Except for his own.
What? Is he being moved to a different room for some reason? That's weird... He can't think of any problems with the room he was in that would lead to this.
Might as well find out the deal is here. He folds the note neatly and puts it in his breast pocket before knocking.]
gosh Shocky SUCH A REBEL!!
Ah, and just as he'd expected, it was his apparent doppleganger. He smiles, one might think in an oddly calm fashion considering he's staring himself in the face. Though, if one looked closely, they might notice something... off about it.]
I see you received my letter! I appreciate you being so prompt to respond to it.

[All the same, she seems to be minding her own business and acting like an ordinary person, nose firmly in a book while swinging her legs slightly.]

BONUS ROUND: An Infirmary Clusterfuck
For now he knew the most important thing was to find where Mondo was and make sure he was alright. He still couldn't believe the other Ishimaru would just stab him like that... Just recalling his carefree tone of voice while explaining it made his stomach lurch. It wouldn't happen again, though. He'd do whatever it took to make sure of that.
He reached the kitchens, stopping short when he saw the dried blood on the ground with no body in sight. Had someone found him and brought him to the infirmary after all? Oh, he hoped so! He hurried through the halls and stairways, as fast as he possibly could without breaking into a full-on sprint (no running in the halls! That was a rule he couldn't ignore, even now).
Clutching the bloodied jacket in one hand, he pushed the door open with the other, heart racing.]
Kyoudai! Are you--

And he didn't look very happy, his voice a dangerous growl.]
