Setting: Outside room 02-07.
Format: Starting with prose, but I'll match you.
Summary: Yotsuba has just woken up, and she's looking for her Daddy and dealing with the Tower.
Warnings: She might end up crying if you're a bit too rough with her. Or you might scare her with birds and bird-like objects.

Yotsuba blinked her eyes open as she started to wake up and sat up. This place wasn't her room..and Daddy wasn't in bed beside her. And this white ou-..outfit weren't her pajamas. Ignoring the notes that lay on her trunk, Yotsuba ran out of bed and, slamming the door open, ran out into the halls.

"Daddy!? Daddy?!! Where are you?"

... Oh God. A small child. That's... why would they bring someone that young here? Even by the standards he's adopted by every disgusting and awful thing he saw during the Survival Game, that's... really bad. Of course, after a certain creepy child they had to fight during the Survival Game, even young children could be more than they appear.

"Hey, um..." He leans down to look at the small girl. "Are you okay?" he asks. She... looked okay, at least. He was on his way to see Yuno on the next floor up, but seeing a little girl screaming for her father... well. He couldn't ignore that.

"What's your name?" he asked. No way was he going to leave a little kid out here, terrified.

Yotsuba stared at the boy as he leaned down and started to speak to her. She didn't know his name or whether he was a good or bad person, and such thoughts hadn't crossed her mind yet. So, she just replied to the question, even though she wasn't smiling.

She..wasn't quite happy with this situation, but if everything was explained..if she was told where Daddy was..then she'd probably be alright.

"Yotsuba.."

Poor thing. She kind of reminded him of himself when he first arrived here, and couldn't find Yuno, Minene, or frankly anyone from his own world. "Hi, Yotsuba," he said quietly, trying to smile. "I'm Yukiteru."

"I, um... I don't know who your dad is," he said quietly, reaching into his pocket and withdrawing his Diary. "It's okay, it's just a cellphone," he reassured. With how scared she looked, it probably wasn't a good thing to make sudden movements. Flipping the phone open, he clicked the Future Diary app.

Yotsuba's father is nowhere to be found.

He frowns, sighs, and stuffs the phone back into his pocket. "Come on. Let's at least take you someplace safe."

Even if he takes her to go see Yuno... well, surely Yuno wouldn't be suspicious of a little kid, right? Right? Not even Yuno would be that paranoid.

Not that Yotsuba would have reacted if he didn't tell her what his cellphone was. However, she did smile a little.

"A cellphone? You must be fashanable! And are bad people around here?!"

If you told her yes, she would go around and try to find them..and try to attack them as best as a five-year-old could.

"Umm... yeah." Fashionable? Well, he supposes he should be flattered by that, and honestly, it's one of the better compliments he can receive from a female whose name isn't Yuno and plans on living to see a ripe old age.

"Yeah, there are." Also monsters, but he'd rather not bring that up in front of her.

Oh no. The moment Yukiteru mentioned that there were bad people here, she stiffened before going into a weird fighting stance.

"Yotsuba will defeat the bad people then!"

A thought then crossed her mind.

"Are you a bad person?!"

Unless she was like Yuno and way stronger than she looks, he sincerely doubted that. "We really need to go somewhere safer." Wait... him?

He shook his head, profusely. "I don't think so..." he said quietly. "At least, nobody says I am. And I don't think I am." Sure, he's done some awful things during the Survival Game, but...

"So you want to meet my friend?" he asks quietly.

At that, Yotsuba quickly moved out of that stance and grinned at the boy.

"Alright then! It's good that you're not a bad person!"

Yotsuba then took the boys hand at that question.

"Yotsuba would like to!"

"Umm... yeah..." Even he doesn't think he's totally good. But those days are over, he doesn't have to hurt anyone anymore. He and Yuno can finally be together without worrying about the Survival Game, and if his world is gone... well... she's all he has left.

"You would?" He's a little worried about this, to be honest. He doubted Yuno would be paranoid about a little kid, but she's been less rational before. Still... even she would have to realize how cute the little girl is. "Let's go, then."

He nearly flinched when she grabbed his hand. Girls have been killed for less when it came to him. "Um... right. Let's go." He then turned back towards the staircase with her.

[Whoa there! Hibiki was just wandering around in the halls with a large dog creature trailing behind him when he almost walks right into the girl.]

Whoaaa, watch out! Almost crashed right into you, sorry!

(Yay! I'm glad to hear that. I couldn't resist the idea of Yotsuba experiencing the Tower.)

[Yotsuba stopped for a moment before the boy and his doggy crashed into her. At least, she thought it was a doggy. Upon seeing the animal, she brightened up and tried to pet it.]

A doggy! Do you know where Daddy is?

[After all..weren't doggies supposed to be really good trackers?]

[Arcanine being the great friendly beast that he is, leans down and lets the young girl pet him. Good job, buddy; the scene makes Hibiki smile.

Yeah, not even going to question where she came from at all.]

Your daddy? I don't think I've seen anyone's dad around here....but me and Arcanine can help you!

[And Yotsuba just looked excited when the boy said that.]

Let's look for Daddy, Arc...Arcanan!

[Hibiki laughs to himself when the girl gives her own rendition of Arcanine's name--kids back at home used to too. They also liked to ride on his back, not that the big dog minded. He wonders...]

Hey, do you wanna ride on Arcanine's back? Oh and I'm Hibiki by the way, haha!

[Yotsuba just looks at Hibiki like she found a basket full of candy.]

Can I?! Yotsuba would like to ride on Arcanan's back!~

[She's already trying to climb on the Pokemon..trying being the operative word here.]

[He just laughs and hoists her up on his buddy.]

There, all set! How's the view up there?

[This is awesome!~ Yotsuba looked up at Hibiki and gave him a thumbs-up.]

It's the bee's knees!

[..Phrases that she had heard from her Grandmother.]

Time to take off!~

Aradia nearly trips over the small girl running around. While she has seen people from all kinds of ages around the tower in the short time she's been here, Yotsuba is definitely the youngest. She can't help but wonder how a small child got stuck here by herself.

Although perhaps not by herself, she seems to be looking for someone.

"Whoa, watch out." She crouches down to be on eye level with the girl. "Are you looking for someone?"

Yotsuba smiled at the woman as she replied.

"Yes! Do you know where Daddy is?!"

"Is your Daddy here?"

Aradia doesn't know what a Daddy is exactly, but her Daddy seems important to the little girl and that is enough reason for Aradia to want to help her.

Well, that puzzled Yotsuba, and she looked a little..deflated at that.

"..I don't know.."

[fiesta_de_los_muertos]

That might make it a bit harder to find him.

"What does he look like?"

There's only a small chance he is actually here, but at least it still exists.

"He's tall..but not as tall as Jumbo! And he has black hair...and sometimes, he's boxerman!"

..It's best not to ask about that last part. It really is.

The pro of talking to an alien is that they have no idea what normal human culture is like. For all Aradia knows a boxerman is a completely normal thing.

"I don't know who Jumbo is, but your Daddy is pretty tall then. Still, a tall person with black hair might be a bit difficult to find, is there anything else that can help us find your Daddy?"

And Yotsuba just looked even more confused and worried at that. She tried to think of something, anything that would help her find Daddy.

"Daddy..sometimes doesn't wear pants..and..Fuka called him..Koi-Koiwai once.."
