((For the record, I wouldn't have had a preference either way and would have opted for them to just fight until someone dropped/escaped...not that it matters now.))

*The monster's teeth sink into Enoch's shoulder. The pain, fear, and shock are too much for him, combined as they are with a day's intense work at making the doll he'd come here to deposit. In the monster's terror, he fails to summon the will to keep fighting. His consciousness fades, panicked all the way, into a faint. He is completely vulnerable.*

What can I say? I made them an offer they couldn't refuse.

[With its prey's struggle ceasing, the monster eagerly snaps into Enoch's shoulder. It rips away at everything in it's path until it feels the comforting warmth of blood and flesh running through its teeth. And the blood doesn't stop gushing from the unconscious man until his heart begins to slow its desperate pumping.

The monster continues to bite and tear into Enoch long after his life has flickered out to nothing, only retreating to stalk the dorms once again after it seems to lose the thrill of the kill.]
