Yotsuba and...

Characters: Yotsuba Koiwai and you!~
Setting: Dorm room 1-03 and the dorm floors.
Format: Prose, but I'll match you.
Summary: A very shaken Yotsuba returns the the Tower and tries to find the people she knew so that she can 'warn' them and get some answers as to what happened to her.
Warnings: Yotsuba will be crying here. Seeing a dead father that you love dearly will do that. Information as to what she saw can be found on her profile.

When Yotsuba woke up, she wasn't expecting to be in a bed. Scared, she sat up and tried to think as to where she was, since she had forgotten a little bit, since so much time had passed, and since she had seen so many terrifying things. Remembering, and not bothering to read the the notes she had been given or look in her trunk, she got out of bed and carefully wandered into the hall. Her destroyed world had been terrible..and lonely. She didn't want her Daddy to be like that! She didn't want it at all..so she had to tell everyone so that they could come up with a plan and help him!

But just thinking about it had started to make her cry, and she didn't stop as she rushed about the dorm hallways, crying out, hoping to find someone she knew. Of course, if she bumped into someone else, that would be nice too, but..right now, her mind was going to the people here she knew and loved.

"L-Luci! Dia?! E..Enoch?! Zett! Romeo?! Mr..Mr Edgey?! Rick?! Are you guys here?! Help!"

Of course, to people she hadn't met, she would just look like a scared little kid that had just arrived. To people that knew her though..this would be a bittersweet homecoming of sorts.

"As in taking a bath as well. Without clothes but with a towel." That's how Lucifel had understood it at least, Enoch was free to correct them on this. And should he be right then he would take them back to the changing rooms.

The bodies. The moment they're mentioned, Enoch goes eerily quiet. The memories are sharp and clear, as if they can never be repressed again. Enoch lets go of Yotsuba and straightens up to look at Lucifel, only a flinch giving away that his neck still hurts.

"...Yes. That's what I meant."

"You can talk about whatever you want later. But right now, let's celebrate that you're back, okay?"

Zett hasn't been back to his world yet, so he can still talk about what's gone on there with calm.

Since Yotusba was in a pretty happy and calm state now, she could talk about it without worrying too much. While she hadn't heard the word 'celebrate' before, she got the jist of it and nodded at Zett.

"Okay..but where are the towels then?"

"I thought so..." His words weren't solely meaning that he knew he had been right, but that Enoch still was dealing with that experience he had made when he had been sent back briefly. But Yotsuba couldn't have known that, so he wouldnt bring it up here.

Instead Lucifel made a quick flick with his fingers and handed her a towel. "I got one for Yotsuba."

"You should go to the changing rooms, so you can put your things in your lockers..."

Enoch spoke with a forced calm, not taking his eyes off of Lucifel. He was the only one who really knew, wasn't he?

He turned to slip back into the hot water, and to wait for them to change and come back.

"Just a second." Zett headed for the changing rooms, to get dressed as fast as possible. He and Yotsuba weren't that close of siblings, after all...

When he finished changing he came back out with a smile. "It's Yotsuba's turn."

While Zett rushed out and changed, Yotsuba happily took the towel that Lucifel had created and smiled up at him. While she had been rather distressed before, the company was helping her immensely, and Lucifel's tricks were always awesome in her eyes.

"Thank you, Luci! And Yotsuba will!~"

..And with that, Yotsuba politely did her best to wait. While she wanted to quickly change and hop into the bath of sorts, she knew that it wouldn't be good if she ran in while Zett was changing. But, when he came back, she smiled and nodded at him before running out and into the changing room. It didn't take her long..but she wasn't quite familiar with a locker or how they worked, so she just running back in with a towel around her and her newbie suit in her hands.

"Yotsuba's back!~ The towel feels nice and soft! Can I hop in now?!"

"You're welcome." That just left him. But since Lucifel didn't want to waste time it only took a flick of his fingers to have himself changed in a towel.

As for Yotsuba's newbie suit... couldn't they just toss that one into a trash bin?

"You should get in slowly, Yotsuba. The water's hot."

Other than that, Enoch didn't offer much else. He's glad to have the others with him. It's enough to have them exist around him, for now.

Zett climbs in carefully, before relaxing against the wall.

"He's right. It feels really good after a second, though."

As Enoch and her honorary second big brother gave her advice, and and Lucifel pulled off another amazing trick, Yotsuba moved her newbie suit so that she was only holding it with one hand so that she could try and hold one of Lucifel's hands with her free one. If he allowed her to, she would quickly reply to her family and friends.

"Okay! I'll be careful! Being burned is really painful!"

And then she would carefully step into the water, one foot in at a time, all while pulling Lucifel in with her, if he had decided to go along with her. As she got used to the water, she looked a little puzzled..before smiling happily.

"You're right! It's nice and toasty!"

Yeah, I doubt any of us would like Yotsuba being cooked." He allowed her to take his hand and also to drag him along, watching that he wouldn't trip or anything the like. Did she just take the suit with her? Oh well.

"Nice and toasty?"

If she did attempt to take the suit with her, Enoch would gently pull it from her hands to set it on the edge of the bath instead.

"Were you given any clothes when you returned, Yotsuba?"

"The newbie suit isn't very warm and winter is coming."

Not that his clothes were much warmer... but he wouldn't just say 'the admins made it, it's gross'.

Thankfully, Yotsuba would allow Enoch to pull the suit from her and set it on the edge of the bath. But her smile fell a little as she thought about that question.

"I dunno..I didn't look. I wanted to find you and everyone else! But Romeo gave me a cape awhile ago, so that could keep me warm!"

And with that, she would look up at Lucifel. "Yeah! It's nice and toasty! And I don't wanna be cooked! Yotsuba isn't food!"

And with that, she would attempt to sit next to Enoch, still pulling Lucifel with her.

"I'm sure Yotsuba's clothes are in her trunk." Oh dear, if Zett had only voiced that though... Lucifel could only agree to that.

He let himself get dragged further. She wouldn't sink too deep into the water if she sat down, would she?

Enoch took Yotsuba's arm to help her settle in. Considering Yotsuba seemed to be getting in between them, Enoch trusted Lucifel to hold her up by the other if she was so short it would put her under the water. If it did, well, she could sit on someone's lap.

"We can go look for them after we get out of the sauna, now that you're calmer."

Not that Zett wanted to get out of the sauna anytime soon. This was nice.

While the water would end up being a bit too much for Yotsuba to actually sit down in, like Enoch was doing, Enoch's arm did help, and she wasn't so unskilled in swimming that she couldn't use her legs and the water itself to help keep her head up.

"Hopefully they will be..and I can say hello to Juralumin and Little Yoba and Little Rab after we get out too! They'd like to meet you all..and they've probably been really scared and lonely!"

Not that Yotsuba was in any hurry to leave either. She just wanted to stay in the nice, warm water with her honorary big brother and uncles.

"Ah, when did a third one join you?" Lucifel could only remember Juralumin and Little Yoba. But they could stay here for some time, it was really nice.

"We've never met Little Rab," Enoch added. He smiled as he watched her tread water, keeping an eye on her in case the heat began to be too much for her.

"I haven't met any of them."

Seriously why doesn't big brother get to meet small cute things.

Because Yotsuba hadn't had as many encounters with her new honorary big brother as she had encounters with her honorary uncles.

"That's okay! He'd be happy to meet you, Zett! Dia made me Little Rab when Rabbit went away! He was my first honorary big brother, and he was a robot that could sing and was super cool and.."

And Yotsuba's smile faded a little as she thought about where he must be right now. She hadn't seen Spine much in the Tower either, so hopefully he hadn't vanished..

"I hope he's doing okay..he was really worried about Spine and John and his Daddy!"

"Then Yotsuba should introduce them to Zett." Not that he has met her 'friends' yet, he has only ever heard of them. When Yotsuba's smile faded, Lucifel tilted his head. What could he do to cheer her up...?

Then he had an idea. After one quick flick Lucifel held a water gun in his hand and fumbled with it a little to fill it.

"Look Yotsuba." And with that he sprayed water on enoch's face. sorry but he had to pick someone who wasn't making a sad face.
