[ Fine then, here she goes! Not her fault if she accidentally hits you in the face with it, Lancer.

Urotsuki tries though and even if her movements look a little unnatural since she's more used to a chainsaw, she does manage to swing it. Just not the way one would usually swing a sword. ]

[She does swipe him in the face.]

Ow.

[A hand goes to rub at his aching cheek as he watches her swing the sword. Not natural, but not too out of control either.]

If you wanna try another sword, just say so.

I think I'm getting it.

[ No, she.. isn't getting it at all.. but at least Urotsuki is confident in her (actual complete lack of) ability here. Even if she just clubbed him in the face. ]

I just need to.. swing it a little. It doesn't move like my chainsaw.

It can cut just as well, though. And it stabs even better.

[ Trying out sounds good, at least! Because we all love needless violence.. or, well, Urotsuki sure does, at least. So the very moment he makes that suggestion, she's already nodding in approval. ]

[His eyes light on an empty chair and he brings it over.]

Here, try chopping this.

[ Oh man, chopping! That already makes it sound a little more like a chainsaw, so she's preparing herself for just a moment.. but that moment hardly lasts long before she's already happily swinging the sword at the chair. There's not so much form in it as much as it's just her almost using the sword as a blunt weapon, but it does do the job, chopping the chair in half. ]

.. Ah. It's sort of fun.. not as much fun as my chainsaw though.

[He nods as he sees the chair fall into two pieces.]

Well, I'm glad it's sort of fun. And that you can use the sword perfectly fine.

...Are we good or do you wanna test it out on some other chair?

[ Honestly, she doesn't even want to test. She just likes swinging it around and breaking stuff. ]

[And he goes to get another chair.]

[ If she was anything more like a normal girl, she might have said it with a spirited fist pump or anything.. but with Urotsuki everything is much, much more subdued, so she just nods a little before raising the weapon again and (pretty violently instead of elegantly) bashes it into the chair, breaking the wood. ]

.. This is actually sort of fun. Don't you think so too?

[Perhaps it's the sheer tension in the room getting to him, but at the moment, he does think that this random chair destruction is fun.]

Let's try a few more this time. More fun if you can take more than one in just one blow.

[He goes to grab three chairs and line them up.]

[He gives her a thumbs up. He really is an enabler...]

[ WOOHOO. VIOLENCE. Even though her chainsaw is more fun since it makes loud noises and just shakes and it's super awesome, it's fun just bashing chairs with the sword too. So she's just swinging it wildly at the row of chairs, taking out multiple in one swing, but then she just keeps going at them until it's no more than a pile of wood to put in the hearth during winter.

At least she's having fun. ]

[He applauds her when she's finished. He likes to see that at least one person here is enjoying herself.]

You're doing good. Just imagine if those chairs were monsters. You would've cleaved a whole bunch.

I can fight monsters with it too? No matter what kind of monsters they are?

[ Since it was less cool than her chainsaw, she figured there'd be limitations, but this is actually pretty exciting to hear! ]

Yeah, so long as it's not a huge monster. Or one that sword won't make any cuts on.

There's some that wear thick armor or have really hard hides. If you can't hit the right place, you might break your sword.

I didn't know swords worked like that.. [ What good is a weapon if you can't just bash it right into anything and have it work, right. ]

Swords don't seem as cool as my chainsaw now.

I know what you mean. Not as cool as my Gae Bolg either. Blame the administrators for building everything out of foam.

[ .. Blink. For a moment or two she just plainly stares at him, but then she slowly tilts her head sideways, not being able to figure it out by herself.. ]

Gay.. ... you have a happy weapon? [ Well, at least she's taking it that way.... It could be worse. ]
