Format: Starting action but whatever everyone wants is fine!
Summary: After two and a half years in the Tower, England is finally calling for a meeting of the world. Or what little there is left of it.
Warnings: Idiocy. So much idiocy.

[Part of England has a feeling he's going to regret this. World meetings have always been a bit of a chore, but maybe with fewer participants it won't be so bad. Even if most of those participants aren't adults, or even proper nations.

All right, so multiple parts of England have the feeling he's going to regret this. But with the return of a few nations to the Tower and the appearance of some new ones, they're all going to need to be on the same page, especially given that the countdown on the terminals is rapidly approaching zero and they're going to need all the help they can get in restoring the worlds before that happens.]

[England's admittedly not entirely prepared for this one. Saying it was 2011 when he got here was fine without context, but...

He raises his voice to be heard after some time, so he can move the discussion along. This is going to be a pattern.] Now, you all will say how long it is you've been in the Tower. If you've gone home at any time, please inform the group of how long you spent there, as well.

[This time, he hesitates a bit before answering for himself. But, dutifully, he goes first again.]

...I've been here for just over two and a half years.

A year annnd... Some months. Almost two years? [He isn't sure more specifically than that, and he doesn't really want to mention the pods to bring any more specificity into it, so that will have to be good enough.]

[England is quick to chime in, because he remembers when America showed up — it was right after the labyrinth.] Almost two years is correct, yes.

I don't know exactly... [What month even is it? He has trouble keeping track exactly.] I think between six and nine months. Maybe eight?

Seven now, as I recall. [Throwing Sealand a bone, sort of.

England mostly knows it's April because of the Entente.]

[Here's one that never knew she was here in the beginning! (With almost same...everything...)]

I have been here for roughly one month, at least to my knowledge.

[France is noticeably tense for this question. Though he tries to force a cocky smirk, it wavers for a few seconds, then disappears completely.]

One year now. Though, for a few weeks, I had been in... my... [His Adam's apple bobs as he swallows a lump in his throat.] ...home.

[He looks down and refuses to meet any of the other nations' eyes.]

That was about four months ago.

[She looks over to him immediately, this was confusing.]

Wait, if you were home four months ago, then wouldn't that mean that the world has not been destroyed? They cannot be this cruel.

[At least for him, anyway.]

[France makes it a point to angle his body away from Vietnam. He runs his fingers through his hair and lets out a breath.]

Rest assured, it is quite thoroughly destroyed.

[He keeps his hand sitting at the base of his head, in hopes that his arm will provide some semblance of barrier between his face and Vietnam's. He doesn't particularly want anyone looking at him while he's thinking about his time spent on his dead world.]

It was... lifeless. Entirely. [He sucks in a deep breath, as if speaking is physically painful.] I am not even sure how I was alive.

What?!

[That was a lot more louder than she intended, and quickly she withdraws in order to look more calm.

But it doesn't stop her from trying to look at him. She's still in disbelief, but he wasn't lying.]

Everything...how could... [She raised her hand, reaching out before she falters. This was France, and this was awkward, since she had no idea how to comfort him.

Nonetheless, she still gently placed her hand on his arm.

It would be the same for her, wouldn't it.]

[In a rather uncharacteristic move, France goes tense when Vietnam touches him. To make up for his jumpiness, he gently reaches up to lay his hand over hers. There's a slight tremble in the action.]

I have never felt anything like it. The people, the animals-- even the land was dead.

[His voice cracks on the last couple of words. As a nation, his livelihood depends on the wellbeing of both his land and his people. To be alive and moving with both of those things dead made no sense, and had he been trapped there any longer, France was sure it would've driven him mad.]

I've been here for... [mumble mumble if England's been hear for two and a half years mumble mumble...] Uh, nearly two years now? Probably not a full two years. Maybe closer to one and a half. Someone else do the math for me.

I've gone home on and off every few months, but the longest I've ever been home was a few months ago for... two months, I think.

Two months? [France gapes. He could barely take being on his dead world for two weeks.] Mon dieu, how could you stand it?

[Prussia gives a hefty shrug.] I don't know how I did it either. I guess, after a while, I just got... used to waiting? I really can't explain it. Either way, it screwed up my sense of time really bad.

Um... I just got here. [She doesn't look so confident now, especially now that she's heard how long the others have been here - will she be stuck here that long too?] It's only been a couple of days... or maybe a week or two, I don't know.
