Summary: After two and a half years in the Tower, England is finally calling for a meeting of the world. Or what little there is left of it.

[Part of England has a feeling he's going to regret this. World meetings have always been a bit of a chore, but maybe with fewer participants it won't be so bad. Even if most of those participants aren't adults, or even proper nations.
All right, so multiple parts of England have the feeling he's going to regret this. But with the return of a few nations to the Tower and the appearance of some new ones, they're all going to need to be on the same page, especially given that the countdown on the terminals is rapidly approaching zero and they're going to need all the help they can get in restoring the worlds before that happens.]

Isn't it? This is why many just call me Vietnam! Kind of like how no one can be bothered to called England "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland".

A-ah...[O...h...he's too cute she couldn't bear to correct him. But one must do it while they're still young.] It's Vietnamese, a little different to what it is like in...England, I guess. Not everything is long, but just spoken a different way.
