Characters: [OU] England (
keepscalm), the rest of the Hetalia cast, and [OU] Zelda (
sageprincess)! CLOSED.
Setting: The hidden floor
Format: Starting action but whatever everyone wants is fine!
Summary: After two and a half years in the Tower, England is finally calling for a meeting of the world. Or what little there is left of it.
Warnings: Idiocy. So much idiocy.
[Part of England has a feeling he's going to regret this. World meetings have always been a bit of a chore, but maybe with fewer participants it won't be so bad. Even if most of those participants aren't adults, or even proper nations.
All right, so multiple parts of England have the feeling he's going to regret this. But with the return of a few nations to the Tower and the appearance of some new ones, they're all going to need to be on the same page, especially given that the countdown on the terminals is rapidly approaching zero and they're going to need all the help they can get in restoring the worlds before that happens.]

I will make note of that, thank you very much, England. They really put much emphasis on survival rather than just make it easier for us, don't they?
[Inner ha ha ha......inner drifts off. She knows that was lame.]

Additionally, a number of the floors are unlikely to be deadly on their own, but they can be...psychologically taxing. As an example, the art gallery is lovely until you start coming across artwork of your land burnt to the ground [and flooded, and bombed into oblivion...] and your loved ones dead.
[He won't elaborate on that, especially the second bit, but it's only fair to warn that sights like that are pretty common in the Tower.] Generally, caution and better judgment are your greatest assets in day-to-day life here. I'm not sure if that's what the administrators intended, but that's definitely how it ended up.

I wonder, if it is a test, or they really are just that sadistic. [From what she has seen outside, there's a possibility that what happened here could've warped those administrators too. But she wouldn't know.
Ah, but there is something else--]
I apologise deeply for not being able to help you through this before. You have endured this and all I am doing right now is using your information to ensure my own survival.
