Characters: [OU] England (
keepscalm), the rest of the Hetalia cast, and [OU] Zelda (
sageprincess)! CLOSED.
Setting: The hidden floor
Format: Starting action but whatever everyone wants is fine!
Summary: After two and a half years in the Tower, England is finally calling for a meeting of the world. Or what little there is left of it.
Warnings: Idiocy. So much idiocy.
[Part of England has a feeling he's going to regret this. World meetings have always been a bit of a chore, but maybe with fewer participants it won't be so bad. Even if most of those participants aren't adults, or even proper nations.
All right, so multiple parts of England have the feeling he's going to regret this. But with the return of a few nations to the Tower and the appearance of some new ones, they're all going to need to be on the same page, especially given that the countdown on the terminals is rapidly approaching zero and they're going to need all the help they can get in restoring the worlds before that happens.]

no subject
[She speaks knowingly to America, and he doesn't need to know that she hasn't actually acted the part of Princess for quite some time. England gets a smile that she hopes is encouraging.]
I cannot imagine that I will not. I have never considered how politics might be conducted among the nations themselves rather than the heads of state.
[Yes, let's go with 'interesting'...]
