Sleepover before the storm

Setting: Floor 101
Format: Whatever floats your boat
Summary: It's the night before the infiltration. People are plotting, discussing, and Xion has brought a Dream Eater so those who want to try to get a good night's sleep have a marginally higher chance of doing so. So in short it's a Tower-flavored sleepover. Bring your own pillows.
Warnings: Nothing in the top level. Will try to edit if anything changes but if something comes up in one of your threads make sure to add a warning in the subject line

[Standard mingle post procedure. Make your top levels. Tag around. Have fun. Or not, this is Animus after all.

Notes will have been passed out and quiet discussion gone around by word of mouth, just saying that several people were spending the night in the hidden floor. Anybody who spoke to Xion would have been told that she's trying to figure out a way everybody can get a good night's sleep. You'll need to supply your own blankets and pillows but... hey, at least if you have trouble sleeping, you'll have company?

Note that any characters who sleep on the Hidden Floor, if they normally suffer from nightmares will likely have notably lessened or absent nightmares (up to your discretion) owing to the Dream Eater that Xion has brought with.]

[He's not the only one wallflowering. At one point, he ends up at a spot near enough where Xion has set up camp. And at some point during that period, she notices him.

He looks familiar, but given how many Links she's seen come and go in the tower... it doesn't mean much by itself. Still, she tries to be friendly, smiling and calling in his direction]

Hey. You okay?

[childhero]

[A familiar voice. Link turns his head and blinks. He... really hasn't been paying attention, has he? Hmmm. But -- It's Xion. He smiles, and nods. There's a pause in which he kind of forgets that he should say something back, but then he does, so maybe it's okay.]

Yes. [... he thinks.] Thank you.

[Xion hesitates. The more she sees him the more she thinks it might actually be him.]

I guess... it seems like another good night for those stories you told me once.

[It's a gentle poke, a hopeful one. Something that only he would know about. Zo kept bringing in old people, didn't he? Maybe...]

[childhero]

[Link's smile relaxes, brightens. Good. This is... the same Xion. She recognizes him. She remembers him.]

Yeah. I think... you're right.

[He lets himself approach, now, and though he's less shy because this is his friend, he's still awkward.

His smile quirks with humor.] Is there anything to draw with, though?

[Xion brightens considerably as well. It was him. Even if it's been so long... it was still him.]

I'd probably need to go find something. It might take a while, though.

[She's sure she could do it though. What she isn't sure about is if she wants to spend the amount of time it'd take. Since her corridors are still unstable, it'd mean using the elevators.

She'd rather stay here with the people she cares about.]

[Link shakes his head, holding up his hands.] No! No, you don't have to do that. We don't have to have drawings with it this time.

[He comes and sits down next to her finally, criss-crossedly. He's relaxing more and more, because now he's even starting to look enthusiastic.]
