Yeah, the fire took it out when they were blastin' the robots. Aria's friends would warn us if it happened again.

[His eyes narrow slightly.]

You okay? Lancer was kinda manhandling you around a bit... got worried he dropped you on your head or something.

I'll be fine. A concussion is relatively minor at this point in the game.

[Still, he rubs the back of his head.]

[Reno winces at that. In the heat of battle, he didn't give it a second thought, but now...]

...Sorry about that... was all I could do. Don't think you'd have appreciated bein' bathed in fire though.

It doesn't really matter. I'm capable of healing myself - if not with magic, then with medical skill. And no, I wouldn't have appreciated it. For one, I'd probably have to regrow my hair to this length, and I like it this way.

[He takes a look at Naoya's hair, purely just because he mentioned it, and shrugs.]

You could always ask 'em to update your body template.

[It was probably the one nice thing Jason ever did, though Reno's starting to miss having his hair long, himself.]

Anyway, if ya want a more detailed report what happened after, I'm goin' to be writing it tomorrow for Waver. I got to say, fighting with you guys takes it all. I never met a more crazy bunch of wing nuts in my life.

It helps when you're not afraid of dying. I thought I'd take the risk, but if that group all acted like I think they did then it's because they have hero tendencies. I don't - I simply don't mind taking the risks so that someone more useful doesn't have to.
