I don't see how we could have forced him to leave through our door. Or if that would have been safe...

*Was there a better way this could have gone? The terminals shutting down would have gotten his attention no matter what...

If only they'd been able to lure him out before starting on the terminals. But he was so engrossed in his work, would it have even worked?*

[She hums quietly to herself in thought as she mulls this over, before deciding--]

I suppose there is little point asking ourselves what could have been at this point. [There's no time.] This is what we have to work with now. At least it appears to be more than we had yesterday.

[That's what their struggle has always been from the beginning: fight, and hope you'll come out on the other side a little stronger, a little smarter.]

Yes...we are close now. There will be time for looking back later, hopefully from our own worlds.

*What was left. Ruana? Riki? That didn't seem so bad anymore, with their triumph over Riki.*

[There's a huff then, almost like a laugh.]

If I may be frank, I dearly hope I will not be thinking about the likes of Riki at all should I return to Hyrule.

[The more of this experience she can just... put behind her, the better. At least when it comes to the unpleasant parts.]

If only. I think I will regret being unable to learn his true motives for a long time to come. Not knowing what it was he was doing...if he was trying to restore the tower and nothing more studying his work could have been helpful to us.

I have my doubts, both because of his own apparent lack of morality, and the fact we ourselves cannot understand the language this world uses.

[The fact they managed to turn off all the terminals without setting off some kind of alarm is simply miraculous.]

With any luck, perhaps Aria's people will be able to tease out what "improvements" he had been making to Zo's machine.
