[Sephiroth is lying to him. He can tell. Well, actually, the voices insist he is, and suggest squeezing Sephiroth's neck until the truth bubbles out of him. Richtofen's hands twitch. It's a tempting idea.]
So tell me the truth, ja? You look guilty. Guilty!
[And he erupts into laughter all over again.]

It does cause the overtired warrior to pause though, and consider that fact like one would consider how a sharpened edge would nick over delicate flesh. It stings more when it catches unexpectedly. He seems to have missed the twitching hands, though cannot miss the laughter. However Sephiroth's anger is starting to boil over in it's telltale hot-flush, he sets his jaw sterner, near grumbling in response.]
Not this time.
[Sephiroth feels a lot of things recently, but the only guilt is a selfish kind. There is no way he needs to justify this to Richtofen.]
Not ever.
[And moves to step around Richtofen-]

Not ever? Liar-! Where are you going?
[He pivots around to block Sephiroth's way and reaches up to grab him by the arms. Don't leave when he's trying to talk to you, rude!!]

Sephiroth sweeps both arms together to the middle of himself then shrugs the Doctor's grip off him, prompty followed by a stern two-handed push back to the others' shoulders. It's just a light push, though, as far as his usual standards go. In truth he's much too exhausted to give it much more effort than that.]
Back off.
[Always, always Richtofen getting too personally close.]
