This world may have ended, but there's enough identifying features for Minato ton recognise the area that's a part of his "home". It's probably not even his own world, but seeing the world gave him some mixed feelings. Nostalgia, sadness, determination to restore the worlds back to normal. But he pushed it aside and go out to look around.
Either he stand there and feel sorry for himself, or he can walk around and find something, anything, he can use and do about the situation.
With how wrecked the world was, Minato found it easier to wander over into the areas he rarely frequent. His normal life gave him no reasons to enter this area, and sadly it's because of everything that he can explore this part by himself.
His wireframe body made soft, almost quiet footsteps as he walked towards the warehouse...and peeked inside.
"Hello?"
Why did he even bother saying it, when there's seem to be no one nearby...
don't mind me here...
But he hadn't expected this. Walking through Tatsumi Port Island... but it could always be someone else's version. It wasn't until they reached the warehouses that Ken's eyes widened. And when Minato peeked inside and Ken followed him, he let out a shout.
"It's our home!"
'Home' being a loose term here. But it was definitely his, or the home of Jin or Chidori - because he recognized his own clothes, tucked in a corner, with books and figures and extra spears. It was a little embarrassing to have Minato see their place as such a mess, but it didn't matter anymore. A shape on the couch caught his attention, and he stepped inside.
"Jin?"
nor me...
"This is your home?" He looked at Ken in surprise and peeked into the warehouse from behind him. He grinned when he saw Jin, glad that Ken had found one of his family.
"Jin! We're here to get you so we can all go back and fight Ruana!"
whoah hey it's a party
He considered taking that supposition back for a moment at the second voice-- indisputably Ken, undeniably one that he knew-- possibly, even the one he'd known in the Tower for (however many years, he didn't really know how long it'd been). The last one is harder to peg for a moment, but it's Romeo without a doubt, the sugar-coated little optimistic brat. (Augh.)
He drew his head up to watch their approaching, before narrowing his eyes and looking away again as if someone had just opened the blinds to a mid-noon sun in the middle of a dark room.
"Leave me alone. I'm not fighting that psycho bitch."
best kind of end of world party
"But you still got to come with us, you can't stay here. Don't worry though, we'll protect you and we won't let Ruana hurt you."
ain't no party like an end of the world party 'cause an end of the world party don't die nolo time
"... Look. I know you don't want to go - hell, I don't either. And I know it's probably nothing to do with fear and that you're just tired of all of this. I am too. But we've got one final battle, and we need you. What if we need a hacker? Or someone who can cover us for elemental attacks? ... Besides, Ruana's been messing with us for a long time. I don't know about you, but I think it's time for some payback. And I think you think that, too."
He smiled a bit, or at least as much as he could while still looking mostly like a wireframe. "... So let's go kick her ass."
party ain't starting without all of us
He'll speak as well.
"Right. There's a chance we might have to deal with obstacles getting to Ruana. With her having control over the tower, we might even need your help for it. If you want to stay out of battling Ruana herself, you can but...I personally want all of us to get together and finish all of this."

He listened to Ken and Minato not speaking this time, since he was aware that Jin didn't really like him and as much as he wanted to help him and convince him to come back he knew he wouldn't want to listen and he would listen to Ken and Minato better.
He picked up one of the books carefully looking at it whilst keeping one eye and ear on the other corner where Jin was.

"You let her take control of the tower?" A normally critical comment that didn't quite have the usual bite or spite to it as Jin usually employed. He's not really surprised that the odds are being stacked innumerably against us.
He heaved a sigh and shifted his position, leaning back and keeping his head down. "I can't do anything with the computers if they know I'm there." And Moros was-- fickle at best.
"What makes you think I can do anything? I'm not even sure revenge is worth it at this point. And please don't try and sell me your power of friendship crap... I'm sick of the self-righteousness."

Ken stands up, looking at Jin. The expression beneath the wireframe is serious.
"We need your firepower. And I want to make sure you're not going to try anything... stupid. And I don't want you to spend forever in a dead world. So either you come back with us or I'll drag you myself."
Mostly, really, he'll feel better with Jin there. Even if Jin is a pain in the ass, he's still his brother. And he wants to make sure he's safe, even if 'safe' is more mental stability than physical at this point. Staying in a dead world is a good way to lose your mind.
