Characters : Doc, his dog and you!
Setting: Floor 12 and Everywhere else
Format: Starting with prose but will match
Summary: Doc wakes up and decides to explore the tower. He is astonished by the projection at Floor 12 and he will babble a lot as explores other floors. Oh, and his dog may find you first.
Warnings: Nothing serious. Lots of technobabble. Panic. He may imply you are the reason your homeworld got destroyed if you mention weird things about time travel. And a dog may happily leap at you.
• Floor Twelve
You may have been quietly watching the terrible projection covering the walls of this room. Or maybe you’re not even here yet. Either way, a scream could be heard coming from the staircase. Was it panic, was it horror? Whatever it was, newt thing you know an old man entered the floor, dressed in weird and flashy clothes, and followed by a dog. He stared at the scenery wide-eyed and mouth open.
“Great Scott!!”
He pulled up his silver glasses, quickly drew a weird camera thingie out of his pocket, and then started observing the walls and ceiling with it.
“Unbelievable! It’s as though the very fabric of those universes are ripped apart! Like if life and all matter were sucked in the holes created by the collapse of the space-time continuum, leading to the…!”
He put down the camera upon realizing the meaning of his words. That was worse than anything he had imagined! And it confirmed his fears about the letter. He quickly pulled out a photo from his pocket and stared at it, both with regret and with sadness.
“Marty, what have we done?! What have I done? How could I be so careless? So inconsiderate?!” he sighed “It can’t be undone, can it?”
The dog whined and sat down besides Doc as he stared still at the photo. Finally Doc shook his head, pocketed the photo, and then went back at observing the scenery through his camera. Mumbling weird things probably nobody could understand.
• Everywhere Else
Doc will be exploring the tower, admiring whatever technological prowess he happens to pass by. Odds are that you’ll find him babbling about what he sees, reading a book at the library, peeking into the viewing stations, eating his oatmeal, or even trying to play video games. He’s so absorbed in his thoughts, he may bump into you as he walks through the corridors.
Alternatively, you may find a dog running and stopping right before you. Not a dangerous one though, quite the contrary actually. This dog looks quite happy to have found someone else.

Hey Doc just... sliding in on here. /cafeteria
He is pretty confused though, and there is no sign of the Doc yet. This wasn't what he had in mind when he headed back to the future.
This was the right time, right? 1985?
Stumbling into the Cafeteria, he looked around. Oh, good. This seemed at least familiar.
WELP, you're getting Einstein first Marty!
But that's not Doc who spots you first Marty. It's the dog, Einstein. He runs to you, barking, and he's quite happy to have found you. And Doc being his usual absent-minded... doesn't even see Marty yet. He's focused on finishing his oatmeal, alright.
But spotting Doc now that Einstein is around shouldn't be hard.
Re: WELP, you're getting Einstein first Marty!
Looking around, he stood up again and scanned the cafeteria. Wait- is that cotton puff a head?
"Doc!" It was almost a gasp of surprise, then Marty took off running. "Doc, am I glad to see you!"
no subject
"Marty...?!"
He stood and smiled widely, putting a hand on his shoulder.
"Those are terrible circumstances, but it's good to see you Marty."
no subject
"Doc... what terrible circumstances? What the hell is this place?" Marty gestured at the cafeteria. "Last I remember I was about to go to the future, but this can't be it. Can it?" There was a note of hope in his voice. 1985 was nothing like this, and even the future-future was way different from this. There were hoverboards and holograms and weird designer fashions.

Floor 12
"Good day, sir. You seem to be distressed. Is there any way that I can assist you?"
Re: Floor 12
"Yes, tell that none of this is true and that my universe is still...-"
He pauses and opens wide-eyes when he realizes. That's... He lets her go immediately and walks back one step.
"Great Scott!"
no subject
"I cannot confirm or deny the destruction of our worlds. However, my personal theory is that it is not possible as my Master and his descendants, as well as those of Her Grace, reside within this tower."

Doc will just stare at you wide-ed for a while Fi, a little bit (a lot) panicked and surprised. Then he will mutter some weird thing.
"Two weight-bearing and locomotive structure of humanoid shape in spite of suspension over the ground... Practical upper limbs replaced by appendages with surface to produces lift...! Central part of the body similar yet slimier than average, with a jewel in its center-point... Outer covering apparently made of the most famous allotrope of carbon... Display of communication and understanding. Great Scott!"
Doc is still surprised and shocked, but he looks a little bit more calm now.
"... What the hell are you?"

"I am the spirit of a sacred weapon. I was created to guide the Chosen Hero of the Goddess, Hylia. The closest description I can give myself is that of the Ancient Robots, in a distant relation."

I am a terrible person.
Ridley peers down at the dog, not quite sure what to think of it.
... GREAT SCOTT D8
"Einie, boy, don't go and bother people..."
That's when Doc spots Ridley. Some screaming coupled with the most shocked face ever are in order, and many steps back. What the hell is that even? Great Scott, that's not even human, is it? It looks like a flying reptile from the order Pterosauria. So just. Staring. Forever. In horror.

Doc takes a couple step backwards, okay. He'd rather avoid being eaten alive just yet. Besides he tastes awful. And the dog barks this time.
"That cannot... A dinosaur that speaks...!"
no subject
Ridley makes a sour face. "I'm not certain what that is, human, but I'm most certainly not one!"

Some hallway
"Are you lost too?" She questions, very softly. Oh, she could find her room but she didn't want to spend much time curled up on her bed and disturb her roommates. That was one thing that Mary wouldn't do, no matter how miserable she was since waking up.
[1/2]
[2/2]
"Einstein! You little devil, don't go and bother people."
He kneels next to the dog and looks up at Mary. First person he meets who somehow looks normal. Her clothes look like from another time... But this doesn't matter, this person is normal. tanks God, this tower isn't filled only with strange things he can't understand!
"I'm sorry Miss, that boy is absolutely uncontrollable every since we arrived in the tower."
no subject
She had gotten used to seeing clothing designs far more advanced than those in her era. Maybe she should consider making some more... up to date clothes while she was here. The few dresses she had, designed like the one she was wearing now, were bound to get old quickly.
"That's alright. He's one of the first to make me smile since I've arrived. I needed it, and maybe he knew that. I'm certainly not complaining."
no subject
"I have seen very little reasons to smile in this tower, I am afraid, no matter how amazing the technology may be!"
Well, if his dog could make her smile, that's good. He stands little after and smiles every so slightly to her. He's not gonna stay, no time to speak with people even if they're nice, there is way too much to do right now.
"Oh, but I forgot my manners, I am Dr. Emmett Brown."
no subject
And no one would have to worry. If Mary made herself any new clothes, it would be from a time she was more familiar with.
"It's nice to meet you, Emmett. I'm Mary Magdalene."

I'm pretending Chie and Doc came in at the same time, because I want to tag you >_>
The only thing she lacked was the excess of techno babble and dog sidekick. She certainly made up for it by being adrift in thought while wandering random hallway #84933389.
The thoughtfulness is probably why she bumps into Doc in the first place, giving a startled sound and apology automatically. "Sorry- I didn't see you!"
Followed by blinking a little at his clothing. The Japanese teenager clearly not sure what to really make of it.
Ah ah xD it's fine <3
After his friend from another point in time, the robot/spirit of a sword and a biblical character, Doc can't say it's not a relief to see someone normal in this tower. He was about to wonder if he was the only one around here. He shakes his head.
"No no, don't be sorry! I'm as much to blame. Are you alright?"
Those are 2015 clothes. They were supposdedly really cool alright. And you also have a dog curiously looking at you.
no subject
"I still wasn't paying attention, I should have," She waves her hand, polite immediately since Doc is an adult. Not one of the teenagers she ran into earlier. "Oh, I am- are you?" She's trying not to be obvious in being confused by his completely cool and hip 2015 clothing.
When Chie notices the dog, she lights up a little. "Is that your dog?" It clear she wants to pet said dog. "I didn't know we could have pets here,"
>.< I'm so sorry for late! I neglected him with my unexpected Hiatus
"Yes, yes I am." he replies- He's probably noticing how she looks at his clothes, but after all those years, he's used to people finding him... Weird. You can't fight destiny. He nods too and kneels next to Einstein and smiles.
"Yes, Einstein. He was in a box along with my things, he had so little space to breath it's a miracle he survived!"
Einstein baked and walked to her, looking up at her and sitting. Yup, he likes her.
fft, no big, I'm fighting finals as we type!
F-finals, ouch. Good luck with them!
Fft, thanks!
