Summary: Party with the Inazuma cast
Warnings: Adorable sibling fluff and also penguin fluff and other cute stuff you'll die

{Kidou decided when he woke up today that he had given Sakuma long enough to calm down over the events that had happened upon Genda arriving. He had a plan, a plan to get Sakuma to forgive Genda or at least talk to him again.

After getting changed, he notices Sakuma still asleep and walks over, crouching down so he can be face-to-face with him and gently shaking his shoulder]

Sakuma, wake up.

...? Ah, I'm used to your anger, Sakuma. You overreact over everything, this is nothing new.
A little worse than usual, but not new.

And besides, bruises heal. I've gotten worse from a soccer ball.

[Genda holds his hand out for Sakuma then, his grin ever staying on his face.]

Of course I want to be your friend still.
You're my best friend, Sakuma, no matter what happens.

[Finally Sakuma turns away from the penguins to look at Genda and takes his offered hand.]

Okay. Let's never talk about this again though.

[whatpenguin]

Alright. I promise we won't.

[He lets go of Sakuma's hand with a nod then, and turns to look at the penguins for a moment.]

... Want me to catch an adult to play with for a little bit?
It's alright if its grown up, right?

[kickspenguins]

[That kind of makes him unsure but he really wants to play with a penguin too...]

If you can without it pecking your eye out or something.

[whatpenguin]

I'm sure I'll be fine! It might bite a bit, but I doubt it'll go that far.

[You forget his ridiculous amount of trust in animals, Sakuma.

He just waves it off though, before diving in again - finding an adult penguin and chasing it down a bit. It hits him with its flippers a bit when he catches it, and it gets him to stop, but eventually he swims back out and gives Sakuma a grin as the penguin squawks in his arms.]

Caught one!

[Genda's antics makes him smile. He really did miss talking to his friend the past few days. He's there immediately to help Genda out of the tank and in no time he's staring face to face with the penguin the other boy caught.

Oh no, it's so cute.]

[whatpenguin]

[It lets out another squawk, and Genda smiles down at the both of them.]

Haha, it's not really aggressive, is it? It just wants to complain.

[kickspenguins]

I'm glad though. I'd feel mean if it was upset.

[Because penguin feelings are important to him, okay.]

[whatpenguin]

[... Awww, Sakumaaa. That gets a laugh from him, and he puts the penguin down to let it waddle around between them.]

I almost want to play with its flippers. They're very cute.
So are its feet.

[Such cute little penguin feet!!]

[Sakuma's grinning at the penguin as he watches it move about.]

They are! I'm glad Kidou brought us here.

[Especially since it helped him be friends with Genda again.

He reaches out tentatively to pat the penguin on its head.]

[The penguin just squawks a bit at Sakuma, before taking his finger in its beak to inspect it. Not biting or anything - its trying to decide if his finger is food or not.]

I am too. Who knew there were animals like this, here?

[He's still wondering if there are cats or something, here...]

At least there's something in this tower that isn't dumb.

[He lets the penguin keep hold of his finger. Doesn't look like he's going to move any time soon unless asked to.]

[... Eh? He can't tell if that's a crack about his intelligence, or if he's just mad at the tower...]

... You really love penguins, don't you, Sakuma?

[kickspenguins]

Why not.

[He gives a half shrug.]

I guess it's like how you like cats.

[whatpenguin]

[That penguin seems to like Sakuma now, apparently -- it's waddling over to pull at and chew on his hair.]

I guess so, but I don't just like them. Next to my team and my family, cats are my favorite things in the world.

[kickspenguins]

Hey, stop that.

[He waves his hand at the penguin a little to stop it from eating his hair. Nothing touches his hair. When it lets go, he spins it around so that now it's facing Genda instead.]

I think my comment is still accurate.

[Okay, maybe not his family isn't included but close enough.]

[whatpenguin]

[Squaaawk!
Now that it's facing him, Genda reaches out to let it play with his gloves, giving it a smile.]

Ah, you really must love penguins more than I thought, then!
It's a good thing we can get so close to these ones then, huh?

[Sakuma grins at Genda.]

Yeah, especially since normally you can't have them as pets but this is almost as good.

[Sure he has his koutei penguin but it's not exactly the same.]

[whatpenguin]

Almost. I still think you'd enjoy it a lot more if you could give it a little place to sleep on your pillow or something!

[Like him and his cats. c8]

Maybe.

[He scoots a bit closer then picks up the penguins and deposits it on his lap.]

Is there anything else you wanted to look at, by the way?

[whatpenguin]

Well... I wanted to go see if there are cats or something here, but I don't want to take you away from the penguins if you don't want to leave.

It just feels odd, not having my pets.

[He can always go by himself later, no big deal!]

[kickspenguins]

It's fine, I can always come back. You're probably getting bored of penguins anyway.

[whatpenguin]

I could never get bored of any animal.

[What kind of animal lover do you take him for, Sakuma??]

But if you don't mind... I do want to look more than I want to play with penguins.

[kickspenguins]

[And with that he lifts the penguin out of his lap again and still holding onto it, stands up.]

Okay. Let's put him back then.

[whatpenguin]

[He nods, and hops over the divider so he can take it and put it back - when Sakuma's ready to hand it over, anyway.]

... It's nice that you actually want to do this with me.
I don't think I would have wanted to alone.
