[open]
Characters: Midna (
humsalament) and you
Setting: Dormitory floors
Format: Action preferred, but open to whichever.
Summary: Not content with just doing nothing in her room, Midna explores the immediate vicinity. Shadow form also available.
Warnings: None yet
[Destroyed?]
[No. No.]
[This is all wrong.]
[Just when all the pieces were coming together.Literally. The Mirror of Twilight was right there. Her only way home, but instead of the familiar beauty of the Twilight, she wakes to white. Sterile. Unable to move. With nothing else to go by than the words on those letters.]
[The Twili was upset.]
[Her chance at Zant was ripped away from her yet again. Mere destruction wasn't close to what he deserved. And it wasn't what the Twilight Realm deserved.]
[I saved you. Let's be happy here.]
[What a joke. What was the point in saving her if she couldn't save her own home?]
[Merely doing nothing won't satisfy Midna. Removing the suit and donning the Fuse Shadow fragment, she journeyed off into the halls. So long as they don't initially see her, Midna takes up her shadow form in the presence of any wandering passerby.]

Either he'd know what was going on orrrrr he can be used as an easy ride around the place. And it looks like he's going somewhere...]
no subject
[A human?]
[A young one, but human nonetheless. Finally some sign of life that doesn't give her a bad feeling. Seems like he was heading somewhere too. Disrupting a man on a mission would just be rude, but the Twili was curious.]
[So the answer was clear. Silently following him, Midna quickly slides into his shadow.]
no subject
...Huh. [Oh well. Must have been just his imagination. He continues around the dorms, seemingly not having a real destination in mind.]
no subject
[Midna figured the boy would be far too distracted to even notice the shift. Too bad he just chose to ignore his feeling.]
[Things could've gotten interesting.]

Assuming his watch even means something here. Whatever.Monsters should be jumping out now, at any time. In a whole new environment, you better believe training is priority number one.]

[As evidenced by the roaming pack of 5-6 Miniblins that Midna managed to run across that were now chasing the Twili. Despite the creatures looking weak and just...dumb, combat wasn't really her strength.]
[Hearing footsteps closing in around the corner, Midna thought to let someone else handle these rats instead. Rounding the corner, Midna caught a glimpse of the teen right before phasing to shadow and jumping in right into Akihiko's.]
[...Enjoy the present.]

Shit.]
Caesar! Maziodyne!
[And Caesar's magic power isn't strong enough to take them all down in one go. He gets lucky, and with the magic blast and a couple of punches has it down to three.]

[Though the impressed notion faded fast as she noticed a few remained.]
What? That's it? [Her voice carries, sounding as though it's from all directions at once. Motivation is the key to victory.]

He doesn't notice Midna, but she can probably notice the fact he is 1)shirtless 2)has a bunch of weird glowing tattoos on him--hey if you squint they could almost be like half-assed twili ones.
...Oh and 3) There's this weird fin protruding from his neck.]
no subject
[Well luckily the boy looks nothing like a Twili, but that didn't stop Midna from finding his markings interesting.]
[And the fin.]
[Tailing behind him, the Twili looked her her chance to dive into his shadow.]
no subject
He took a few more steps before abruptly turning around. Had Midna already sunk into his shadow?]
no subject
[Not too soon either, she had to be fast to not bee seen.]
[Strange. This one had the same paranoia as that other one. Of course it was justified, but observance has its merit.]

But...she wasn't trying to get his attention, so...so maybe...]
...Midna? [Are you real?
Quick, say something insulting!!]
no subject
[Sneaking up on the Twili like that.]
[You're stealing her thunder.]
[Turning to the call of her name, Midna's eye(s) widened a little at the sight of Link. H-he's alive. Standing right in front of her.]
Hmph. Leaving me to wander about this place all by myself, that's some nerve. Where have you been? [She cares...really...]
no subject
SCREAMING INTERNALLY
He doesn't even say where he's been, he just runs over to her and picks her up. Yes just picking her up.
Wow Link, rude.]
no subject
[Hey!]
What are you-?!
[Yeah rude. She's
happyto see him too, but this is ridiculous.](no subject)

And yet, everything about her is just a little different. Perhaps she's a bit younger, perhaps she carries herself a little differently, but one thing is rather clear: this is not the Princess of Light you know, Midna.
Approach her?]
no subject
[For a brief second, she could've sworn she had seen a ghost.]
[No, it couldn't be.]
[And looking closer, it wasn't. It was very close, uncomfortably close, but there were a few things different.]
[Eerie though. How much she looked like the late Princess Zelda. The one who sacrificed herself to save Midna's own life.]
Hey. [Mida didn't even bother to try and tail her. No. She wants to confront this now.] What's your name?
no subject
I am Zelda, Princess of Hyrule. [She tilts her head.] Can I help you?

If she notices Midna, she doesn't announce it. She just continues down the hallway as if she owns the place.*
no subject
[Now that's something.]
[Not especially her favorite kind.
No talking Midna. But she could prove interesting. Turning to shadow, Midna trails the demon.]no subject
She simply returns to her room and sits on her bed, regal and dominating. And only then does she look to her shadow, and the creature residing in it.*
Are you going to continue following me around like a pet?

His.
He can't say if it is one of his past victim hiding... But if what he has heard in the tower is right, then another him may have done it...
So Ganondorf doesn't stop and keeps walking for now, feigning not to have noticed her presence. This might not be the Ganondorf whose power cursed her, but the evil, the presence was most definitely very similar. ]

[The same power that fueled Zant's new magic.]
[Her eye scoured the hall, looking for the traitor. But she found only this person. The person who emitted the power.]
[That magic is a dark power that only he possesses...]
[Ganondorf.]
[It had to be him. Or, at the very least another agent of his. He was powerful, she could sense it. Confronting him alone would be suicide. But she had to be sure who this was.]
[And so she followed him, hidden in his shadow.]

When he reached the end of the corridor, he stopped... ]
Let us end this charade.
[ With a move of his head, a magical barrier closes the exits to the corridors- All the exits. He doesn't move from his spot, instead speaking to whatever it was that was hiding. ]
Reveal yourself or I'll obliterate you.
