Setting: Cafeteria as a start, then around the floors.
Format: Action
Summary: Lezard picked at random a few test subjects, it's to say the nine characters mentioned above. Only to see if his potion that transforms people into demons works in the tower. And it does work! Party time? You can meet them while they are under the potion's effect.
Warnings: Good people growing stronger, getting more resistant and going totally mad/feral. Or even worse, turning into full-fledged blood-thirsty demoniac creatures. Lots of pain before, during and after the transformation. Deadly random encounters if you happen to meet them. Heart-wrenching mercy kills. Aside from that? Nothing really.

OOC Information
Lezard will barely appear in this log, only to provide his potion to the victims. He will disappear immediately afterward and his involvement in this horror will remain secret. The nine characters are going to drink Ghoul Powder; a special potion used by Necromancers. It drives those who drink it crazy and turn them into either a Demon or an Undead. There are no known cure to Ghoul Powder, hence the only way for characters to be released from the potion's effect is for them to die. Because it's mostly a pre-plotted log, the threads where the characters are meant to die will be closed; but the threads where you can have a random encounter with the demon-ified / undead-ified characters will be open.

Characters under Ghoul Powder's effect are much stronger than usual, much more resistant and merciless for the most part. The threads where they transform, the players will chose whether to keep them open or closed.

There are two kinds of transformation that will happen in this log, the Demon Transformation and the Undead Transformation as mentioned before. Demon Transformation is the worse by far as the characters not only go mad but turns intoa true, complete demons as shown here. Undead Transformation has the same effect, but the characters can keep their normal form as shown here.

How it works: Basically, right after drinking it the characters will feel very uncomfortable and painful for both version of the potion. The pain will keep growing for a couple minutes inside of them, up to the point it is unbearable. They can also feel like something demonic/evil is growing inside of them and taking over, so to say. The pain remains but becomes barely noticeable once the potion takes full effects, since the characters go mad/feral/etc. They become a lot stronger and more resistant to attacks. And of course, they attack whoever they happen to see.

A few seconds before dying, they may regain their sanity and/or human appearance. Like, to say thank you to the one(s) who killed them.

[Slowly, the monster stops its motion, and turns back toward her. As it does so, it seems to shift slightly, becoming smaller. The claws that have her blood on them become hands, the tail withdraws, and a face emerges from the snarling maw.

It takes a few seconds, but the form that comes out in the end is an equally wounded Ryuunosuke Uryuu.]

...Feels like a truck hit me.

R... [The shock of that sudden transformation hit her harder than any of that monster's - Ryuunosuke's - attacks previously had. She was momentarily frozen to the spot, dropping her sword in absolute shock and horror, before she recollected herself enough to run over to him, reaching out to examine those injuries that she prays aren't as bad as bad as those she had inflicted upon that monster...]

Ryuunosuke!

[He was a murderer. A serial killer. To most people this wouldn't be a huge deal and they'd say he deserved it, but Jeanne is still very visibly distressed. At this moment it doesn't matter what he is - he's still a man, and she had cut him down.]

Hey... [He pushes her hands weakly away, having collapsed onto the ground from the extent of his injuries before she reached him.] Sorry about that, wasn't thinking straight. Something in my drink, probably...

[Nope, sorry. No matter how he tries pushing her hands away, she won't stop trying to tend to him. If she can just hold him together enough to get to the infirmary, he should be okay...]

Do not speak so much! You must conserve your strength. If you just hold on, I will have you at the infirmary in no time...

That's nice of you and all, but speaking as a hobbyist here, I don't think I'll make it down all those flights of stairs...

Huh, I think my blood changed colors a little while I was like that.

Don't say such nonsense. [Whether she's talking about the "hobbyist" bit or the blood color, even she's not all that sure.] I can certainly get you to that floor in time! But you must stay focused, understand?

Y'know, I always wanted to die in the arms of a beautiful woman... Or at least, I sometimes wanted that. It's nice.

[No no no he can't be dying. Jeanne can't let him. He's a murderer and she doesn't particularly like him so she shouldn't feel this horrible but she does, she's never killed a man before, let alone one that, her feelings of the team-up aside, her dear friend truly cared for. And that's why she feels so frustrated.]

There is no end to the strange things you say, is there...?

Never. [He smiles more and rests his head against her chest. Last time he didn't bleed out, just had his head shot off and that was it.

He's very tired.]

[It's terrifying, having a man bleed out in your arms and not being able to do anything about it. She hates it. But everyone, no matter what they have done or how one might feel about them, deserves to have their last moments be in peace. So she stays still, just... waiting.] Hn. No wonder Gilles was chosen as your Servant... he was an eccentric one as well, even before the Grail War.

Was he? Can you tell me about him...?

[He may not be able to listen the whole way through.]

[She nods, shifting just a little so that he might be a little more comfortable in her arms.]

He was a very honorable man. A knight I looked up to... I was proud to have him at my side at Orléans. He was one of the few in the army who did not look down on me because of my gender, and... I suppose we bonded. He was someone I considered more than an ally... he was a true friend.

But yes... definitely eccentric. He was highly dramatic. I'm sure he loved the theater.

[Loved it and her so much that he spent most of his fortune putting together a play in her honor.]

Sounds just like him. [Ryuunosuke's voice is barely audible.] Go on?

I think many of the men enjoyed his company because of that. he was very good at telling stories... in the camps, he would regale us with tales of his services as a knight in his earlier years - did you know that he was a knight since he was sixteen? Over a decade of raising a sword in the name of the king... it's quite impressive.

[Ryuunosuke doesn't answer, but his shallow breathing can still be felt.]

[She can't take it anymore. It's easy to pretend that nothing is wrong when he's still able to speak. But now... she can't keep up the act anymore.]

I'm sorry...

[Even though his breath is disappearing into nothing, he's still smiling. Of course he would be. Why is she so concerned, anyway?]

[Because she is a saint, that's why - even if she wasn't one officially, there's no doubt that the title would suit her. All human life is important to her, no matter what, so to know she took his with her own hands...

She can't hold back anymore, and finally starts sobbing.]
