Sweet-hunting!

Setting: 16th-20th

Summary: Colette hunts for candy to give to other people!
Warnings: None so far!

 [Having heard about the Halloween event, Colette was looking for whatever sweets she could find. While she was not forced to wear a costume and therefore not in danger of suffocation, she could felt horrible at what was going on and decided to see if she could help!]

 

Floor Three

[Here, you can see Colette searching the library, taking books and putting them back to check for sweets. Thankfully, she is not making a mess of them like she did last time!]

 

Floor Six

[A forest...? There was a forest in the tower? Weird.

Still, that doesn’t mean there aren’t any sweets around, does it?

Colette unleashes her wings and tries to fly to the top. While she is not exactly comfortable about using her wings for no good reason – they made her feel like she was a freak – it is possible that there could be sweets hidden up in the branches and flying up there would make it easier, right?

So you’ll see a blond girl pink with transparent wings, floating right above you and glancing at one of the branches. ]

Hmm.....nope. 
 

[She turns around to glance at the rest of the forest]...Maybe the other trees have some? 

 

 

 

Floor Thirteen 

[Is this.....a chapel of some sort? The only religion Colette knows of is the Church of Martel back home. After all, she was supposedly the person who was supposed to ‘wake up’ the goddess Martel.

Not that any of the architecture here looks much like anything in church back home.

And the mumbling at the front.....she could swear it was coming at the front of the church but could not hear a thing when she actually approached the front!

Weird.]

It's okay, you don't need to worry about me. I can take care of myself.

What about you, though? If you're one of the people who needs candy to survive, we need to be worrying about you, not me. [Since those silly robes she is wearing are, believe it or not, not a Halloween costume

As for the rabbit and doe, I'm going to go on a limb and say that she hasn't been attacked by any yet. (although feel free to make them attack Riku and Colette if you want. XD)]

[He looks maybe a little bit unconvinced, but decides to say nothing for now... then shakes his head.]

I can take care of myself.

[He lifts up Way to the Dawn a little as prove, turning his gaze slightly when the animals come closer, their mutation becoming more obvious with every step.

He presses his lips together, reading himself to fight them off.]

What? Th-those....[She slowly descends. Those creatures, they aren't monsters, are they? That boy is obviously wary of them and she has not seen them before. Colette glances at a nearby tree where she left her chakrams, wondering if now would be a good time to retrieve them.]

The reason this floor isn't safe.

[That should be enough explanation for now he thinks as he rushes forward into fight - he is not going to let them make the first move, sliding low as he goes for an upwards cut towards the mutant-doe's throat.]

[By now, Colette has retrieved her chakrams. She turns to see Riku trying to attack the doe and the doe now trying to lash out at him. Realising that the animals could indeed be a threat just like the other monsters in the tower, she closes her eyes, about to prepare a spell...]

Holy wings, I beg of thee to reveal thy glory....

[justabignobody]

[Riku just faintly senses the magic gathering due her spell, his sense scrambled by the closeness of the doe; and he needs to keep his focus on the enemy before him anyways.

He slides to a halt, ducking away as the doe lashes out, hissing at the scratch she manages to leave on his left arm before dodging away to the side, doing his best to get some distance between them in order to cast some magic himself.]

[Thankfully, Colette finishes her spell] Angel Feathers! [And various rings of light head straight towards the mutant bunny, knocking it backwards. However, the bunny soon gets up again, baring its fangs at Colette]

[Riku barely pays attention to her fight, smiling grimly when he passes the radius that renders his magic ineffective and switches his grip on Way to the Dawn before drawing back his arm and casting Dark Firaga, the blast quickly picking up speed before it separates into several ones, each one targeting the doe. ]

[The bunny, meanwhile, is running straight towards Colette, snarling viciously. She floats towards the bunny, preparing to attack it...

Except that probably was not a good idea, as her wings suddenly disappear and she falls on her front.] Aaaaaah!

[Riku turns when he hears her shout, eyes widening before he turns is back to the doe and dashes to intercept the rabbit, both hands closing around the grip of his Keyblade, focusing to take it out with a single strike.]
