Summary: Zett's not affected by the cold going around. He catches up on his reading in the lounge, ignores the sanctity of the church, does what he can with his favorite pasttime of watching the stars, and goes hunting.

[Floor 38]
[Zett has a book to read (it's about character analysis in anime - Setsuna and Mirai are Japanese, Setsuna and Mirai watch this kind of thing, therefore it must be interesting) and is lounging on one of the beanbags. He also has a box or two of tissues next to him, ganked from the infirmary, and if someone so much as sniffles-]

Gesundheit. [He throws the box towards them. It may hit them in the chest, or, if they're unlucky, the face.]

[Floor 13]
[In the church, passerby may find Zett stretched out on one of the pews. He's singing to himself, though it's not the hymn you'd expect in this setting.

...actually, it seems to be a rather dirty song about a pixie and an ogre that fell in love and their difficulties with the, ahem, consummation.]

[Floor 12]
[Or, perhaps they find Zett watching the projection here. This time, he'll greet anyone who enters the floor.]

The stars sure are pretty, aren't they?

[Time for dinner! Zett's not willing to live off of nutrition bars, so he hunts for food himself.

If you notice a deer or two being felled by sudden bursts of lightning through the trees, there's sure to be a green-haired boy scampering up to them before anyone else gets his meal. He pulls out a knife and starts skinning the animal then and there. There's no reason to go down to the cafeteria to eat, right?]

I have't. But the history of demons goes back longer than the stories humans tell.

Ooooh, that makes sense... So then, demons would know things that humans wouldn't.

Exactly. I don't blame humans for it, they just don't know any better.

[technologic]

Mmm, but humans can certainly pick up on things fast, when prompted a bit.

Somebody should tell them when we get the end of the world averted.

Sounds like a good idea...

... The end of the world was happening when you were brought here?

Hopefully a way outta here is found soon, then.

Having this be the only place to live in would really, really suck.

Really suck. At least there's floors that look like the outside, but I imagine a lot of us want to get out of this tower already.

How long has this been going on anyway?

... I've heard that some people have been stuck here for nearly around a year now.

[scentofmakai]

That's horrible.

[technologic]

Yeah, it is. But we are gonna get out, even if it takes us years.

[scentofmakai]

I know. We will get out.

[technologic]

Mmhm, we'll take down the admins, get to punch the smug look off Jason's face and then go back to our worlds!

Jason's the worst, huh?

It's a toss-up between him and Ruana, but I think Jason wins because he's a smug asshole who likes to gloat and he is also a sore loser. The one time we bring his experiment to an early end, and he takes away all food for the rest of the month. [April still looks pretty pleased about how they managed to best him though.]

Sounds exactly like the kind of person who should have their face punched in.

Exactly! Though it might take a while to get through everybody having a go at punching him, but hey, he deserves it.

It's a big tower, everybody should understand they need some patience.
